I had Tacos Los 4 Carnales reach out via email to me to ask if they could come do 4pm-8pm food service for my business. I was excited about that opportunity and we scheduled 2 days for them to come out. The first day they were scheduled to come out they did not show up and they messaged us a hour after they were supposed to be here and said they got a flat tire and were not going to make it out. I was disappointed but thought that was reasonable. The 2nd day they were scheduled they again were not here at the 4pm start time and I called them around 4:45pm to ask where they were. When they answered the phone the seemed thrown off guard and they put me on hold for an extremely long amount of time and then they just hung up on me. I called back a few more times and they kept sending my calls to voicemail. I sent 1 more text message asking them if they were coming but never received a reply unfortunately. I would not reach out or commit to do anything with this business. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Walked up here just before closing and expected something passable as a burrito. But what I got was a burrito enough for two that was incredible. Highly recommend.

The food here is incredible - traditional mexican fare prepared well. I got a chorizo burrito and a steak mulas with all of their salsas for about $18. Their avocado and hot salsas are a home run. Salsa verde was meh. Took them a few minutes to take my order, but they had several orders going already, so no big deal. My only complaint is that they were parked outside of a rather run down BP where a shooting occurred a couple months ago. Absolutely would go again.

Paid $8 for chips and salsa, expecting fresh baked/fried tortilla chips. That’s not what I got. They were stale, cheapo store bought chips with the tiniest cup of flavorless salsa verde and randomly a side of sour cream. Honestly I thought I had misheard her when she said $8. No prices on the truck menu which should’ve been a big red flag.

Have not had tacos like these. I came here based on reviews and photos. The service was quick but the flavor is not what I expect tacos de asada. They just tasted like cumin and gritty. I wanted to like them but didn't finish them. Not a good texture or flavor. I thought it was ground beef and i got the wrong order but i was the only person there. Sorry wish I could support again.

Ordered chips and guac while they were at insight thinking it would be homemade. They gave me a pile of chips and a Kirkland brand guac to go cup for $10 bucks. What a rip off ! Never again.
