This restaurant is a treasure! The atmosphere alone makes it my favorite place for Mexican food. I usually get a burrito or enchiladas. Go with friends! Prices are phenomenal in my opinion

This used to be my and my partner’s favorite go-to restaurant in the neighborhood, but ever since the owners changed we haven’t gone back. When my partner was inside picking up take out he talked to somebody (possibly a customer) who said the owners were on vacation and the cooks have taken over while the owners are away. Can anyone confirm if this is true, and if so, when are the real owners returning? I hope soon before Taco Lupita goes out of business. I would hate to see...

I love this little neighborhood restaurant. I always get tacos on soft corn tortillas. They aren't the typical store bought shells, they taste much closer to home made. I especially love their pork or chorizo. Refried beans, chips and salsa's are very good too.They have a nice selection of US and Mexican brand beers and soft drinks.
