The food here tastes fresh and flavorful! I try to make my own bowls all the time but there's something that warms the soul with the bowls here. I love that they also have an herbal shop. The overall environment is very calm and peaceful.

SO GRATEFUL for healthy food restaurants like this! Came in with our 3 children for a family dinner post church and it was SO YUMMY!!! We ordered 4 different bowls, and 2 sandwiches, a smoothie and a hot drink. It was delicious! We had leftovers, were fully satisfied, and left feeling well post eating not sluggish and gross. The water was filtered and they care about the details. Thank you Tao for doing things in a way that is best for people’s bodies and is nutritionally dense!...

Love this place in every way. The atmosphere is magical and feels worlds away. The beverages are unique and delicious. I had their bowls as well and they were so tasty. There’s a shop in the back to check out also. You’ll find books, jewelry, supplements and much more. Full of friendly people.
