Salad was very good.Cavatelli con ragù Piceno - recommended by staff - was worse than Chef Boyardee in a can from the 70’s.Chocolate and hazelnut desert was delicious.

service was very rude and dismissive. Initially very attentive but once they found out we walked in vs reservation, didn't stop back at our table. Felt very much like they just wanted us to leave as both waitresses walked by multiple times, looked at us but never stopped for even drink orders. So after 10-15 min of no one coming back to our table, we left. The restaurant was not busy at all. Not going to go back or recommend this place

Terzo does DATE NIGHT Monday - Thursday every week. How did I not know about this!? $65 for two which includes a bottle of wine, warm olives and a salad as a starter and choice of two entrees. Their food is incredible and the atmosphere makes you never want to leave. Terzo is so underrated.

Beautiful place, cozy ambiance, nice staff. The food is insulting. Unbelievable. The person that made that menu would spend prison time in Italy…

Ate here for a date night and we had an awesome meal. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us recommendations for both wine and food, and we loved everything we tried. We ended up ordering way more than we could eat, but it was fun to try different things. The dishes are fresh and there are plenty of options on the menu!

Wonderful food, atmosphere, ambiance and vibe. Go for happy hour and try the sandwiches and prosciutto or steel head trout. So delish and divine!!!Vegetarian options: They do so much with root vegetables that are just decadent and cooked in vegetable broth I was told on many of the selections that is also easy to request more vegetables in place of the meat. I am. Not a vegetarian but I do often practice no meat or meat by products to stay trim and keep healthy gut health. Places like this family venue get it. Especially when they are in the heart of Linden Hills which is the heart of “whirled peas ” (world peace ☮️ lol) it’s as green as it gets!

We had an hour and a half wait to get into Broeders (no resi so we went next door to their other restaurant for a cocktail ) . Long story short, they had a cancellation the couple in front of us just wanted cocktails, so then we were asked if we wanted dinner and we gladly accepted. I'm so glad we stayed! I enjoyed the negroni. It was not the traditional negroni. It had a unique herbaceous quality and was delicious, well balanced and not too bitter. We enjoyed the salmon/pesce crudo with compressed butternut squash, the beet salad with a delicious whipped goat cheese pancetta "dollop" , and then pasta with fungi ..Our server was really busy but attentive and made great recommendations on the pasta and wine:)Dietary restrictions: It was nice to be asked when we sat down if we had any restrictions.

The wine is great. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the food portions are too small. The agnolotti plate I ordered had literally 4 small pieces of pasta. It's definitely overpriced, given the quantity of the food.

We had a fantastic Happy Hour experience here (hh is 4-6, M-Sat, Terzo is closed Sunday). They are clearly run very well here and I’d imagine one of their goals is to make customers feel very welcomed and appreciated (mission accomplished!).They gave folks sitting at the bar a free snack, a sample of wine, and terrific service. Michael was exceptional on Saturday.I’d recommend the HH for sure and the menu looked fantastic for dinner. It gets busy in colder seasons more quickly so plan accordingly!

We were here for restaurant week. We had the salads and pastas (which we shared) and the wine pairing. The pasta plates were miserable looking. No hate towards the staff at all. The miserable portions I am sure are not their fault but when you pay over a hundred dollars per person, you expect a higher level of quality. This place was mediocre at best. Sad to have spent my money here.

Service was exceptional. Price, portions and wait times with a reservation NOT worth it! 5 pieces of stuffed pasta not even close to being good enough for $80.
