Unfortunately closed until further notice, would love to hear a plan for the store to reopen!

We've been coming here for 20 years -- sometimes you just need a beer, some comfort food, and no fuss! ???

Due to our being at a convention at the hotel across the way, we had two separate not-so-great experiences. The first night our server was a very fun personality, but it took almost an hour for our first round of food and drinks and then some of our party members didn’t get their food for almost another hour or so even after informing our server. One of us only got part of their order initially until about another 40 min in. Three of our members did not get their food until we started to leave. We were there over two and a half hours. And not very busy when we were initially seated.

We then came back today (Saturday) to see if it was a fluke. We were seated, again noticing that it was not very busy in the section we were seated in, and given menus and silverware right away by our hostess. We didn’t see a server at all for almost 25-30 min so we finally just left as a party of eight.

Really, really disappointing, especially as we got a very annoyed look from the hostess as we left.

First of all they say us right next to the men's bathroom, like the entire time I was there I was able to look into it and see the door falling off the stall. Why even have a table there??? Service wasn't great, took a while for our food to come out. Asked for some small plates to share, the guy we asked (not our waitresses) jokingly said "absolutely not" but then actually never did bring any. Food was ok

While I stayed at the Double Tree hotel for a business trip, I ate at this TGI Fridays located daily. They had great deals on food and beverages for happy hour and lunch. The staff were friendly and service was excellent.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were ramps and two elevators for accessibility to the upper eating levels.

Walked in and walked out.Restaurant was completely dead. We sat in the front doors deciding if we would stay and reading the reviews . Reviews kinda seemed bang on. The hostess did not greet us but could hear him chatting to his coworker saying that we were sitting there. Would I recommend this place? No lots of bad reviews for food and food poisoning. Food use to be decent back in the day.

We had an awful experience at TGI Fridays in Minneapolis, similar to what many others have described over the past year. Stranded in Minneapolis by Delta and put up at the hotel next door, we were tired, starving, and unfamiliar with the city. At 11 PM, we decided to try a nationwide chain that usually has decent reviews.

When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied and two people at the bar. Despite this, we waited 10 minutes to be seated while watching the server chat with the other table. It took another 20 minutes for her to take our order, and then a further 40 minutes for one appetizer and a weak Old Fashioned to arrive. The server disappeared after that, and we likely could have walked out without paying, and no one would have noticed.

When we went to the bar to pay the check, we were treated as an inconvenience. Additionally, there was a creepy exchange between the bartender, us, and another man at the bar who asked inappropriate questions about me and my young daughter.

Given all the other awful reviews, I wonder why this location is still open. It was a truly disappointing experience.
