They hosted us for a Ren Fest Holiday market and we got to entertain as NorseMN. It's a great space, very uncommercialized, and so welcoming. Staff was awesome. Could have used an extra bartender for us thirsty pagans.

Giving this review 4 stars because i love the venue and i allways have an amazing time exept for one of the bartenders

Last night I attended Tunes for Tots and she was in a red shirt with glitter on her face and was drinking on the job with an extremely rude and hostile attitude. Last night there were numerous people being respectful and trying to have a good night and she was extremely rude. This wasn't just last night because she was bartending all summer at Taco Tuesday while doing all the same things but one of the most notable intances is when it was over 70° and there is a city ordinance that states you are not allowed to charge for water when it is that hot out in Minneapolis and she was charging for water (up until that point water was allways free there) a d when she was confronted on this she became very hostile. There is many more stories through the community about this bartender from many different people. I love the cabooze and it is one of my favorite venues and it is sad to see bad energy like this ruin the experience.

Great food and drinks. Was here for a cover band. Standing room only unless you get VIP for 50 bucks. Parking was on the street and on the side of the building.

Isaiah is one smoking hot stack that keeps the reasonably priced drinks rolling. Good vibes, good music, good god just go check out a show at The Cabooze! It’s an institution people!

Man. This place has the potential to not suck but it needs better management & a better layout. Trying to get to one side of the room from the other during any type of show that’s packed is basically impossible because the stage is in the middle of the room. Also you want to see the first band or two? Get there early because it takes 2 hours to get through the line after doors. The only thing is at least the drink prices are actually decent, hopefully they have what you want in stock cause it seems like they were outta half of the drink options as well. I really hate that seeing that a show is being held here will usually make me not want to go…🥲

Security takes forever to get in. Twice now it’s been a crawl through the line to get in. If you want to see the first band on the bill make sure you get there early. Inside is ok, it’s got beer and music. Hopefully won’t have to come here again 🤷‍♂️

War of Ages was great! The venue was big and the guy at the bar was kind enough to give me a cup of ice water cuz I felt like passing out from the heat in the pit.

Saw Demon Hunter here. Great small venue for metal concerts.

It's not a terrible venue if you can stand the gross restroom and tasteless Pepsi's they serve at the bar.
