It was okay…. Kinda disappointed with the lack of friendliness from staff. I came in just to get a coffee with my 2 year old. We didn’t attempt to see the cats or anything- I knew she was too little. Just looked in the windows while we waited. One employee completely ignored us. The one behind the counter did the bare minimum…. My coffee took a LONG time and we were the only ones in the store. We left right away. Again I did NOT let my toddler run rampant. She was very well behaved. Coffee wasn’t very hot.
I’d still recommend if you were going for the cats. But unfortunately not for much else

The cats are cute! I’ll give them that, but the workers were so rude! I came with my daughter and the lady at the register acted like she didn’t even want to help us. There was a guy there that was staring my daughter and I down. We ended up leaving after a few minutes because we felt so uncomfortable. I ordered an Italian soda and it was ok I guess, but not worth the price. The area where the cats are smelt like a litter box and most of the cats were knocked out. I would not recommend this place as they’re not as friendly as I’ve seen on videos.

We made a reservation for 3 p.m. today and arrived about 20 minutes early. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the drinks weren’t too expensive either. When it was time to go in and see the cats, they all seemed comfortable and well cared for. Definitely worth the visit.

The staff is warm and friendly, the cats are adorable and adoptable, and the specialty coffee drinks are yummy. My son had a decaf mocha, and I had a Siamese. It might just be my favorite new drink!

Our cat-obsessed kiddo insists on visiting cat cafes when we travel and this was the best cat cafe experience we’ve had so far. We didn’t get any food or drinks but we had an amazing time in the cat room. They had a lot of friendly, playful kitties so our hour just flew by. Staff were friendly and informative, answering whatever questions we had. There’s also really cute merch to purchase.

I had such a great time at this place! There are games, books, fun products to buy (I left with multiple things), GREAT coffee, and cute cats. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

We have gone occasionally to just pet cats as a fun activity. We recently lost our cat and are now trying to find a new friend. My son, who is feeling very emotional about this decision, had done the research and found a cat he wanted to visit and possibly adopt. What we didn’t realize was the cat wasn’t actually there anymore, it had been adopted. So we had spent $45 to see a cat that wasn’t present, and my son was CRUSHED. I asked if maybe we could get a credit or discount to come back but they didn’t even think about it and said we should have called first to see if the cat wasn’t actually there. Not sure I want to continue risking the money when we are trying to save for the adoption. We really love this place, but I can’t justify 2 visits so close together. This has really bummed me out.
