I had such a great time at this place! There are games, books, fun products to buy (I left with multiple things), GREAT coffee, and cute cats. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

We have gone occasionally to just pet cats as a fun activity. We recently lost our cat and are now trying to find a new friend. My son, who is feeling very emotional about this decision, had done the research and found a cat he wanted to visit and possibly adopt. What we didn’t realize was the cat wasn’t actually there anymore, it had been adopted. So we had spent $45 to see a cat that wasn’t present, and my son was CRUSHED. I asked if maybe we could get a credit or discount to come back but they didn’t even think about it and said we should have called first to see if the cat wasn’t actually there. Not sure I want to continue risking the money when we are trying to save for the adoption. We really love this place, but I can’t justify 2 visits so close together. This has really bummed me out.

What a magical place. The tea was delicious and had unique flavors. I loved spending an hour petting cats and being around them. I can’t wait to go back

Friendly staff. Great food and beverages. And the cats are purrfection. We had so much fun interacting with the cats. If you’re in need of a place that will put a smile on your face almost instantly- this is it.

I like to come here to get my cat-fix/purr-therapy. Coffees are always delicious and the cats are so entertaining and sweet.

Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk options available for lattes if you don't drink cow milk. Also, a fun tip jar "competition" to use your tip to vote for the best feline of the week.

Parking: Lots of parking available

We love Cafe Meow! What a great way to support animal rescue organizations. So much fun to see and play with the cat staff, and the human staff is terrific as well. Food, drinks, and merch are all top notch. This was our first time at the New Hope location, and we really liked the setup they had.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at The Café Meow last night, and it was absolutely purr-fect! 🐾 From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical. The cozy atmosphere, adorable cats, and friendly staff made it such a memorable evening for me and my guests.

The cat lounge provided the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. Everyone enjoyed interacting with the cats, who were so playful and sweet. Even those who stayed outside the lounge had a great time enjoying the café space, which was beautifully set up.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail was impressive. They made me feel so special on my big day, and my friends couldn’t stop raving about how unique and enjoyable the experience was.

If you’re looking for a fun and one-of-a-kind venue for a celebration, I can’t recommend The Café Meow enough. It was everything I hoped for and more! Thank you for making my 40th birthday unforgettable! 🎉🐱💕

Kid-friendliness: We had an "exclusive reservation" so the kids were allowed with close supervision!

Children 6 Years and Younger: May visit during exclusive reservations only. These private sessions allow for a controlled setting, ensuring the comfort and safety of the younger children and the cats.

Drove 1.5 hours and were rudely told about the children under 7 policy. After driving all that way, we couldn’t even go into the cat area. I understand that this was on us and we didn’t see that part of the reservation, however that staff treated us very rudely. After waiting 20 minutes for our order, the staff talked at the counter instead of making them until we had to interrupt their conversation to do their job. And after they had 20 minutes to figure out how to make our drinks (they were pretty basic) they still messed them up. Also made snarky comments about an adult in their 20’s and asking if they were over 10 because maybe then they’d be allowed to go into the cat area. Ended up leaving and getting better service at McDonald’s.

Very rude and demeaning staff

Edit: store was also rude in their response to my feedback rather than trying to resolve the issue

Great concept. Service personality is appropriately cat-like. Not sure I'd recommend going on a weekend, as they seem to let too many people in the room at a time.
