I got a brisket plate with a side of creamed corn. The brisket was really tender and had a great smoky flavor. I was actually blown away by the flavor of the corn. It was phenomenal. I'll definitely come back to try more of their menu options.

Ordered with Uber Eats. Seemed promising from the menu, but the brisket was super fatty, the beans were very undercooked (cold and chalky) and the potato salad was just ok. The Carolina bbq sauce good. Ended up being over $70, definitely not worth it!

I have really severe food allergies and everyone at the fabled rooster was so kind and thoughtful in helping me decide what to order. They knew what was in all of their food and that meant so much to me! We will definitely be back!

I wasn’t sure what to get so I asked and got what he recommended. The pulled pork and Yeehaw Mesquite sauce was wonderful and would definitely get it again!

Hands down the best BBQ in MPLS!!!!!!!! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel like family. They literally cut the brisket to order from the smoker right in front of you!!!! I see bad reviews on here for people getting it delivered. You have to enjoy this in person, why would you have such a work of art delivered?!

Went in for lunch the other day and was blown away by the pulled pork plate and fried pickles!!! (Oh my gosh the Bama ranch is life changing!!) I had the Cherry Bomb BBQ and ended up asking for 3 more sides of it to-go it was that delicious! Highly recommend!!!

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. The pulled pork sandwich was a 2/10 dry meat and flavorless, the sauce was ok, but can’t do much with a small squirt of sauce. Fries were a 8/10 fresh and crispy. Then service was a 2/10 lady saw us standing there for 4 mins and just waited till we waved to her, and not much friendliness coming from her nor a smile.

Oof, pretty average in my opinion. We went here on a date night and spent way too much money for a nothing to write home about BBQ plate. A brisket plate and order of fries came to $47. Price didn't match the amount or quality.

Ordered the rib tips and gouda potato salad, paid extra for some specific sauces, took it to-go. What we got was not edible and the sauces were forgotten. The tips were like chewing on leather and had no flavor. Couldn't save it with sauce as I didn't have any! The potato salad was fine but nothing to rave about. Considered driving back to ask for a refund. Maybe it was a fluke and the pieces they gave me were bad but won't try again to find out!

If you are ever in the area, this place is THEEE place to visit!! The restaurant is located in a very inviting and beautiful building with so much room (2 levels with the second being a dang roof top patio that is overlooking the 1st level outdoor seating area and both outdoor areas are decked out with twinkle lights which creates a romantic ambience for date nights! Fabled rooster is the best bbq I’ve ever experienced within the city, and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend the brisket egg rolls and make sure to try the mango blaze bbq sauce with the chicken wings (it was a special at the time we went!!)Vegetarian options: Smoked jackfruit!Kid-friendliness: Great spot to bring the kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator

Decent-ish brisket for a place outside of Texas. Kinda overpriced but this place gives yuppie vibes so I get it.Y'all also should not be advertising that y'all serve Texas toast tho because whatever tf y'all serving is NOT Texas toast. Y'all are serving the same kinda toast I'd get at a breakfast diner False advertisement, smh. Literally bought my whole experience down a star. The people are friendly enough and got my food out quickly. Actual good brisket is best found back in Texas, though, not here.Sincerely, a Houston native.

These brisket rolls are out of this world. I wasn't expecting something quite as good. Instead, I figured it would be a plain egg roll shell with a bit of brisket - I was dead wrong. These were every bit of incredible and worth the money and wait. (although they aren't that expensive, nor did they take that long). Even if you're not planning on eating a full meal from the Fabled Rooster, I would highly recommend these as an appetizer.
