I love this place Josh is the best bartender ever. Chevy is amazing as well she is at the front desk

Used park n fly, had to wait for over an hour for a shuttle that never arrived. Ended up having to use an Uber instead of the service we originally paid for. Shuttle driver did not attempt to contact us and after phoning hotel, we were informed that driver was “pulling in now” wildly incorrect and inconvenient.
After the first night my room was not cleaned by a maid, when I called the office they told me I have to go to the front desk to get my own clean towels. Garbage was also not emptied I had to get garbage bags from front desk and put my full garbage bags outside my door. Clean towels and emptying garbage bags are services you pay for at a hotel. Also breakfast is not complementary.
I arrived near midnight. I was checked in quickly Great room. Coffee maker in the room. Enough closets and hangers Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Good shower. Enough towels I left early am and didn’t have any breakfast I would stay there again
Thank you so very much to the wonderful and helpful staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bloomington. The friendly and kind staff made our stay stress free and assisted with figuring out our reservation. The entire hotel was very clean and we will definitely stay again as it is close to everything.
Loved the bartender Sue. She was amazing! My drink was never empty and even though she was busy she continously checked on us throughout the while time we were there. What an asset to your hotel!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, staff, dining and bar area. We drove here from Brainerd MN and we stayed there 2 nights for New Years. We met up with some friends and didn't have any place to visit with our friends. I checked with hotel management and they were more than accommodating and made us feel so comfortable to have our friends visit in a comfortable seating area by the bar. There were 8 if us and everyone was so impressed with the seating, wait staff and the hotel. This is the only place we will stay in at when we come into town. Others will be getting rooms next New Years. One of the nicest New Years ever. Thank you Hilton!!
Upon arriving I was not told about hoe the food credit works and then was told that a room with 2 queen beds would be an upcharge from the King that I reserved. It was on the top floor, but nowhere does it show that as an upcharge in the app or online anywhere.
We have stayed here many many times in the past and it was great to see how well this motel has been updated. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the fifth floor. Also the staff at the motel was very friendly and very accommodating. The only drawbacks were no shampoo in the bathroom no mirrors other than in the bathroom. and we could not figure out how to, turn on the lamp in the corner? The beds were very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great, I purchased the continental breakfast. I would only suggest that the motel do a better job of explaining the continental breakfast. We will be back!
The location of this hotel is EXCELLENT! It’s 5 minutes from The Mall of America and literally 8 minutes from the airport. Overall visually it’s a nice looking hotel, however our experience was a disappointing one to say the least. I won’t go into all the details but I’ll list the areas that need work and that affected our stay. •Not servicing the rooms daily with fresh towels, toilet paper, emptying the trash, and making the beds. •Air conditioner malfunctioned. But the maintenance man they sent to fix it was very nice! •Funky attitude from the cleaning employee when asked why they might of forgot to service our room. •Very slippery tubs, no tub mats to keep you from falling. •Broken sink and tub stoppers. •Extremely lose toilet seat. •Misleading price for breakfast; $7.95 advertised but it’s really $31 for two. •I do appreciate the assistant manager Anita for being helpful and trying to get certain things rectified.

Was treated with disrespect right from the start not impressed. Got to the room and there was a huge blood stain in the sheets, was told I was going to get a refund and never did. Would not recommend this place to anybody!
Good service if you’re dining in, bad if you order out.Won’t order lunch here again- for myself and for the business I work for. I’ve done this a handful of times and every time have had a bad experience, mainly with the service. If food is out, they don’t inform you, several times when I’ve gone to pick up my order, they’ve been 10+ minutes late with it, and my last visit as soon as I walked in the two ladies that were there looked at me and both walked away and I waited for a while until someone came back to help me.
i had issues with my checkin but Mrs chevy made sure i was taken care of.If it wasn’t for her i was going to change my hotel.Rooms was clean.I enjoyed my stay.Breakfast was delicious hot. a lot of options
I’ve had uninspired hotel food before, but damn. Cheeseburger had air bubbles under the cheese (meaning it was melted under a lamp or microwaved) vegetables looked like they were harvested near Cleveland in the winter of 2015, and they had no romaine lettuce. Great wait staff and hotel staff and awesome beer selection.
Stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was very busy. We were asked what floor we'd like to be on and we chose the 6th floor which is the top floor. It was mostly quiet on the 6th floor. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable although I wasn't a fan of the pillows. Breakfast is not included but not horribly priced at the hotel. We did pay for breakfast each day and our meals were good. When we asked for more towels there was no issue and they brought us more towels. TV worked well.
