This was an excellent and very comfortable hotel while we were visiting the Minneapolis area last weekend!!! Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: 5 Comfort: 5 This lodging is situated just south of interstate 494, and about west of the MSP international Airport. We decided during our trip to the Minneapolis area that we would spend three nights at this hotel, and the reservation process was quick and easy. The staff employee that we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival of this hotel there was plenty of parking for their guests. Once we finally got checked in and in our room, we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate.

My personal experience with Hilton has gone downhill over the past few years, the my latest experience is the worst of all. Checked into my room only to find a toilet littered with feces. Called the front desk and was told they can't clean it until the morning. For my inconvenience all I asked for a late checkout and was told no problem but we need $25. I am a Gold member and also own at HGVC, I can't imagine how they treat non-members...

If you stay at the hotel, be sure to go to the bar/restaurant if Brian is working!! He is super entertaining and gives awesome service!! The chicken tenders are delicious!!

Used park n fly, had to wait for over an hour for a shuttle that never arrived. Ended up having to use an Uber instead of the service we originally paid for. Shuttle driver did not attempt to contact us and after phoning hotel, we were informed that driver was “pulling in now” wildly incorrect and inconvenient.

After the first night my room was not cleaned by a maid, when I called the office they told me I have to go to the front desk to get my own clean towels. Garbage was also not emptied I had to get garbage bags from front desk and put my full garbage bags outside my door. Clean towels and emptying garbage bags are services you pay for at a hotel. Also breakfast is not complementary.

I arrived near midnight. I was checked in quickly Great room. Coffee maker in the room. Enough closets and hangers Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Good shower. Enough towels I left early am and didn’t have any breakfast I would stay there again

Thank you so very much to the wonderful and helpful staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bloomington. The friendly and kind staff made our stay stress free and assisted with figuring out our reservation. The entire hotel was very clean and we will definitely stay again as it is close to everything.

Loved the bartender Sue. She was amazing! My drink was never empty and even though she was busy she continously checked on us throughout the while time we were there. What an asset to your hotel!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, staff, dining and bar area. We drove here from Brainerd MN and we stayed there 2 nights for New Years. We met up with some friends and didn't have any place to visit with our friends. I checked with hotel management and they were more than accommodating and made us feel so comfortable to have our friends visit in a comfortable seating area by the bar. There were 8 if us and everyone was so impressed with the seating, wait staff and the hotel. This is the only place we will stay in at when we come into town. Others will be getting rooms next New Years. One of the nicest New Years ever. Thank you Hilton!!

Upon arriving I was not told about hoe the food credit works and then was told that a room with 2 queen beds would be an upcharge from the King that I reserved. It was on the top floor, but nowhere does it show that as an upcharge in the app or online anywhere.

Hilton garden inn should be your first choice for a Minneapolis area hotel. The whole experience is top notch-- front desk is super friendly, rooms are super clean. The restaurant & bar are the best!! Their chefs prepare a well thought out menu sure to please everyone! Bartender Brian is the best!! He has a great personality and knows how to make a great cocktail!! This is the only ​hotel we stay at when in Minneapolis area!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet great. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Only 2 drawbacks were:No shampoo in room. Only lotions and shower gel.We could not figure out how to turn in the corner lamp? There was no switch?Overall stay was pleasant and quiet. We will be back!

We have stayed here many many times in the past and it was great to see how well this motel has been updated. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the fifth floor. Also the staff at the motel was very friendly and very accommodating. The only drawbacks were no shampoo in the bathroom no mirrors other than in the bathroom. and we could not figure out how to, turn on the lamp in the corner? The beds were very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great, I purchased the continental breakfast. I would only suggest that the motel do a better job of explaining the continental breakfast. We will be back!
