Since I moved to Minneapolis, Get Down has been by far the best coffee shop. I love their regular coffee that's roasted in house, but their specialty drinks are TO DIE FOR. They are always experimenting and rotating things to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Get Down is a must-visit in the cities, I hope they open up more shops soon!!
I’m really happy this coffee shop is in the hood. Somewhat of the hood. Coffee is delicious. Food is great. I don’t know if it’s just me but the vibe from the woman/owner is just not very welcoming. There is no real greeting like you would expect from a small neighborhood establishment and it’s just something off about the vibe behind the counter. This place is legitimately great. Decor. Service. Coffee taste. Roast quality. Pricing. It checks all the boxes. Scone I had was fresh and delicious and my latte was perfectly balanced.
