I just had to share my recent experience at the restaurant. I'll admit, after a previous visit, I had been a little concerned it might have lost some of its sparkle. But wow, I was absolutely blown away this time around!

I have been a regular patron for many years and, until recently, frequently stopped by the Loop after work to relax with a drink before heading home. Unfortunately, I have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable visiting on evenings when Brent is bartending. While I am sure he is a decent person, his demeanor behind the bar consistently comes across as disengaged, grumpy, and unwelcoming. I often feel as though my presence is an inconvenience rather than that of a valued...
