I believe the restaurant was short staffed, but wish they would’ve told us they couldn’t support our order & we would have happily ordered from another restaurant. The bartender ended up cooking the meal as we overheard and the order was wrong after an hour long wait. Just disappointed we spent money & didn’t end up eating the food. :(

Understaffed and sadly inattentive team. Depressing. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even noticed.

Bartender was overwhelmed and started snapping at patrons. Also, why is there no Bailey's?

Great cocktails, not too sweet and unique.
I am particular about the cleanliness of the place I sleep, the restroom area, and the entire room. This hotel is a beautiful place; it's clean and smells fresh. The breakfast buffet was terrific, with a variety of meals to choose from. The hotel is well located and easily accessible to the shopping mall; Wells Fargo Bank is within the hotel premises, and other amenities exist. A friendly place for businesses and children. The customer service is by far the best seen in Minnesota
Very, Very low grade hotel. The property is solid, the rooms are solid. However when housekeeping doesn’t show up on the first day after check in, it’s annoying (I just a privacy tag after that so that I didn’t have the expectation to get the room cleaned). Food was very weak (the breakfast is sad) and the restaurants don’t know what fried and what pan seared is… very disappointing…

Hotel is located in downtown Minneapolis and has easy access to the skyway system. Room floors require key access from elevator. Reception desk staff was helpful and early check was available during my stay. There was a busy lobby bar and a restaurant on the third floor. The rooms were clean and well appointed. However the decor was a little worn. Would recommend if your travels bring you to this area There is no complementary coffee but there are coffee makers in the room and coffee could be purchased in the restaurant
I am very fond of this hotel, it has decent interior design, the rooms are spacious (they each have their own hallway before you enter them) there is decent wifi and the showers are powerful. The bar is also a decent bar. I haven't eaten lunch or dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast is excellent - it comes with bottomless coffee and you can get a very good orange juice with it as well. Recommended. The only thing that let's it down is the TV - which I found hard to navigate (where is Netflix!?).
My friend booked this and he is a Hilton guy. Came to MSP mostly to go to a Twins game but also did a lot of other things. So this hotel is located I blieve near Downtown MSP and was easy wailing disntance to Target field. Pro's: 1) Location is great for a Twins game and to access the River etc. 2) Happy Hours and bar are great as is the pool table nearby for entertainment. Bartenders were friendly and poured great drinks. 3) Rooms were nice and well appointed. 4) Bit of a Mall you are attached to and there is a Starbucks super close. Neutral: 1) Parking is very secure. When you first show up you are confronted with a wall but you drive close enough it opens. Very tight corners and low ceilings in the garage. Negatives: 1) Bit stuffy in the upper level rooms, no ability to get any fresh air. 2) If you stray too far from the hotel, you access some rough neighborhoods.
Great hotel! The concierge and front desk staff were so professional, helpful and kind. Great location, amazing breakfast and really cool bar. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a modern, 4 star hotel with a cosmopolitan vibe.
Traveled with 9 friends to MSP Dec 2-5 and stayed at the Marquette for all 3 nights. No issues, no complaints. Saw a Timberwolves games and Vikings game, walked to both. Nice and central. Good service at the front desk. The hotel is attached to what seemed like a "mini-mall" with stores, food and coffee options. I recommend this hotel.
