It was a fun place to celebrate my birthday. We weren't sure how long yo plan but ended up at about 2.5 hours. It's definitely a lot of food do come hungry.

Our server, Jade, was incredible. She made us feel very welcome and would banter and joke around with us. She made the evening even more amazing. The food is also incredibly delicious and the experience is fun and different.

Amazing experience last weekend. We had a group of 4 and the service was first class all the way. Our server was fantastic and even the owner made his way to the table to make sure everything was perfect.

Exceptional food and service. Everyone was very friendly. Ask for Victor. Eric gave me a goodie box to take back to my hotel. Highly recommend this restaurant. Both Victor and Eric made my night.

We have gone here for every anniversary, and this place has truly gone down hill... we have gone every year and I would no longer consider it a fancy resturaunt. Common things like getting another drink were never asked or a refill on water wasnt paid attention to, or even being directly handed all the cutlery or being asked to set down your own ingredients and silverware. We had to ask to get our cheese to the right consistency. The boil for the main coars was never turned up so cooking the meat took forever. When getting a paid picture taken there was no set up and was done quickly as if we were rushed to get done with our meal. There was an attention to detail that we loved about this place and that seems to be traded for pushing to get the customers in and out the door as quick as possible. We probably will take our anniversary across the street for our one time a year fancy meal... everything was just very disappointing.

Was at here with my family,(have my sister's birthday here almost every year) and it was taking longer than usual. Our parking was expired, and we were all kinda disappointed. But then when we asked to leave and to take the chocolate fondue off our bill, the manager gave us his business card, gave my sister a small treat, said that he wanted us to have a great experience next time and he would personally handle our experience next time. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. First review.

We love coming to the Melting Pot for special occasions. It is worth it. The staff there is amazing. ☺️ Try the Wisconsin Cheddar fondue.
Waiter disappeared and the chocolate started burning. Brought us our bill and disappeared again. We had to go find him each time. No water refills.

It was a great dining experience after college move-in day! We did the 4-course meal for 2 and then added 1 for our daughter. Wisconsin cheese, Caesar salad, house salads, coq au vin, the classic and pick 3 entrees, and s’mores chocolate- all were delicious!!! Victor provided great service! I missed his name but presumably, the manager swung by at the end of our meal to ensure everything was great and thanked us for dining there. He had a great mustache too 😝

I went to The Melting Pot for my birthday and was excited because I used to work there and know how special the experience can be when everything is done right. Unfortunately, some of the details that make birthdays memorable were missed.
I ordered the Flaming Turtle, which is normally presented with an actual flame, but that never came with it. Also, the plate that’s usually written out for celebrations never came either.
The food and atmosphere were still enjoyable and I did love the rose and petals on the table, but I was disappointed because I know what the full experience is supposed to be and, and it just didn’t measure up this time.
