Classic fondue restaurant in many major US cities. We come here for special occasions and love the four course experience. Having been around 10-15 times, my favorites are the Wisconsin beer cheese, house salad, steak lovers and Pacific rim entrees, and the Dolce chocolate, but also the classic!
As a party of four, we usually spend 3 hours here.

Parking: Park in the ramp in the same building as Melting Pot and Hell's kitchen. Easy elevator down to the main level, take a right and you'll be right there, barely being outside.

My mom and I have been coming here every year for years, and I haven’t written a review until now. Marissa S. Did such an amazing job with our experience tonight, so informative, kind and gave us an overall fun and welcoming experience. My water was always filled, and our plates felt like they were coming and going at a perfect pace. I wish she was our server every time, she was so wonderful! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience :)

Our server, Chris, was awesome! We loved the dining experience here and a lot of that was because of all of the waitstaff! The food was AMAZING! We took lots of time to enjoy the atmosphere and are looking forward to coming back again!

The food was very good. But our waiter didn’t have time for us and I had made a reservation weeks in advance. It was difficult to get out of here in 2 hours, and that is a really long time for a meal. At first, the four of us were seated at a table where we could’ve had a pot for 2 of us, but then they moved us and all 4 of us had to share one pot. That meant that we all had to agree on the same pot flavors, but it didn’t lower our price at all. I can’t believe there aren’t prices for lunch menu that are lower, and it would’ve been nice to be given the option of two pots for our table or just one at a lower price. It was a fun experience, but i felt taken advantage of price-wise.

Dietary restrictions: They had a vegan cheese and it was actually very good!

Cheyenne was amazing! Very personable, gave excellent tips on how to cook our food, and made our experience superb! Seriously, when you go there, ask for Cheyenne as your waiter. You will not be disappointed.

Went for my birthday and it was an EVENT! The food was amazing and the fondue dipping and cooking made it a really unique, fun activity accompanying the meal itself! We had an excellent time, received excellent service, and went home STUFFED! 10/10 would recommend!

Don't go if you have a party greater than 4. I went for a birthday dinner. Service was really slow. We had a group of 15. The seating was cramped, we got two booths & few chairs to sit in, that's 4 burners to use between all of us. Drinks took around an hour to get and then another hour to order entree's. (They really try to push the dinners for two! $120-$140) The food was good, I enjoyed using the fondue, I ordered the Classic entree, it is $36 and comes with a nice variety, of chicken, pork, steak, and shrimp. But again service was slow. 1 person in our group had to go before their food arrived. We were there for 3+ hours. We probably should have had two servers for the amount of work that is required of them with the fondue set up and removal. Finally, we were told there is no splitting the check. I had to Cashapp a friend to pay my portion of the bill.
Overall I liked it. I might even go back. But next time with a much smaller group.

Went to the melting pot for a combined birthday dinner with a couple of friends. The overall environment is friendly and welcoming. The service was great and we had a delicious fondue dinner. The dessert is especially amazing.

The only thing that could be improved is some of the confusion with the menu. All of the options are for two people. When you have 4 people like we had, there was uncertainty on what we could or could not do. That could have been improved, but our server explained how to make that work! Important note is that with there being one hot plate, you will have to pick one cheese, "cooking style" for the entree and dessert for everyone. Could be a problem for picky eaters, but as my waistline can attest, I do not have that problem.

This is my favorite place that I request go for special occasions. This is where dining is an event! Always leave this place with a big smile on my face and a full tummy! Service is always good. Food and drinks are top notch. Tried the grill instead of hot oil for the one fondue course, glad we tried that, will do it again. If you have four people you may want to request a table with two burners so that you don't have too long to wait. Great location, and the city is beautiful at night! Enjoy!

We came here for my 40th birthday and it was one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. The food was delicious, our server Victor was awesome and the manager Eric was top notch. Can’t wait to come back!

For what is rated as 4+ stars, we didn’t experience that. The place appears run down and the meats are mediocre at best. In our opinion it was WAY overpriced and overly complicated to order a dinner for 4. We ended up paying over $350 and walked away with very little take home. Just kind of disgusted paying over $80 a plate for not that great of food or service. Not going to return even if it was comped.
