I absolutely hate to be giving such a bad review as a fellow hospitality worker, alas it feels necessary. I have been coming to this location at least once a month for the past year since moving up to Minneapolis, either for date nights, family visiting, or celebrations, and while with all of the changes in ownership the experience has altered - it was never terrible except for our visit this week. My partner and I went for our 2 year wedding anniversary, which I booked beforehand with a reservation online. I noted some of the additional amenities to purchase (the chocolate covered strawberries) and mentioned the occasion. These items never arrived, the server missed two of the additionals we ordered at the tables (the cheese and the sweets addition) and the whole meal took far longer than normal for each course to come out. Our occasion wasn’t mentioned or celebrated by the staff (even with my requested purchases beforehand that never came) and that has never happened with Melting Pot before! We’ve been a bit disappointed since the cheese is no longer mixed at the table and the sauces changed, so I hope this was just a bad night and not a trend. Even so, we will regrettably be finding another place for our monthly outings.

The food was amazing but what made it even more amazing was our waitress Jade! She is so awesome and amazing at her job! It was my daughter's first time there and Jade carefully explained every detail to her so she felt confident in doing the fondue. She also made sure to make my daughter feel special too! She brought cake with a candle for my daughter and did the flambé on the chocolate perfectly and she also perfectly poured my drink; I got the 1975 which wasn't on the menu anymore but she got it for me! Jade was also so very kind and also very professional, give that woman a raise! Go to the melting pot, and request Jade as your waitress and you are guaranteed to have a great time!!!

We have come here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This last time was exceptional. The manager Eric has gone above and beyond for us for special occasions. He has personally checked to make sure we were having a good time. The bartenders were amazing as we waited for our table, loved our drinks. Our server Zachary was exceptional, friendly, and fun to have. The food is great but the experience is worth going every time. To spend time with our growing family with no screens and lots of laughter.

Spent my birthday here & HANDS DOWN- from the second we walked in the door, the treatment that we received from the staff was impeccable! Manager, Eric, made the evening SO special & our server, Gavin was great as well! From the drinks to the cheese fondue, salads, main course and MY FAVORITE- the desserts (chocolate fondue)-- EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! We will definitely be back! All I can say is WOW what an experience & thank you to Eric and his staff for making our first visit SO incredibly special! ❤

We would like to take a minute to shout out the manager Eric and his Thursday night team. It was very busy for the amount of people that they had on and we ended up having a bit of a wait for someone to take our order. Once this was realized Eric, the kitchen manager Diego and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we still had an amazing birthday dinner. Food was outstanding, hospitality was above and beyond. We are excited to plan our next visit here for our daughter’s birthday. Great work!!
Classic fondue restaurant in many major US cities. We come here for special occasions and love the four course experience. Having been around 10-15 times, my favorites are the Wisconsin beer cheese, house salad, steak lovers and Pacific rim entrees, and the Dolce chocolate, but also the classic! As a party of four, we usually spend 3 hours here.
Parking: Park in the ramp in the same building as Melting Pot and Hell's kitchen. Easy elevator down to the main level, take a right and you'll be right there, barely being outside.
My mom and I have been coming here every year for years, and I haven’t written a review until now. Marissa S. Did such an amazing job with our experience tonight, so informative, kind and gave us an overall fun and welcoming experience. My water was always filled, and our plates felt like they were coming and going at a perfect pace. I wish she was our server every time, she was so wonderful! Our server, Chris, was awesome! We loved the dining experience here and a lot of that was because of all of the waitstaff! The food was AMAZING! We took lots of time to enjoy the atmosphere and are looking forward to coming back again!

The food was very good. But our waiter didn’t have time for us and I had made a reservation weeks in advance. It was difficult to get out of here in 2 hours, and that is a really long time for a meal. At first, the four of us were seated at a table where we could’ve had a pot for 2 of us, but then they moved us and all 4 of us had to share one pot. That meant that we all had to agree on the same pot flavors, but it didn’t lower our price at all. I can’t believe there aren’t prices for lunch menu that are lower, and it would’ve been nice to be given the option of two pots for our table or just one at a lower price. It was a fun experience, but i felt taken advantage of price-wise.
