We hosted a private event in The Den at Rabbit Hole and it was a great experience. The staff and team made it seamless with a prep meeting beforehand to secure food and room layout. We will be back again!

I wanted to get inside but could not. The bar has a flight of stairs just inside it's main entryway, and I am in a wheelchair. I was able to flag down two employees who took me to an elevator in a different part of the building that they said could be used to get in, however it was not working. I don't blame the bar for this, because the elevator was in a unit owned by a different company, so I view it's maintenance as their responsibility. The two employees from The Rabbit Hole who helped me were exceedingly kind and helpful, they spent 20 minutes with me trying to figure it out, and called their bosses the other company's security, and the other company's maintenance to try and get the elevator working. I believe their names were Evan and Darius and they were great guys and excellent employees.

My adult son tried to attend the Arizona watch party. Your handicapped lift is not operating and he was unable to even enter. How can this be? I doubt it just stoped working today.

I came to The Rabbit Hole to watch the NCAA Tournament. It's by far the best place near downtown to watch televised events. They've got a ton of TVs, and they put the sound on for big games. The bartender, Jacquelyn, was great! She was very attentive, professional, and friendly. She's one of those unique people you meet who immediately make your day better.
