One of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. Titi and her team presented a delicious meal at a fair price with warm service.

3 tables that came 10 to 20 minutes after me were getting served their food. I waited an hour and still nothing. Talked to the server twice and she said she’d check but nothing came of it.
Ended up leaving after paying for my beers, which In retrospect I wished I just walked out.

This is by far the best Ethiopian food in the twin cities! We absolutely love coming here and ordering delivery. We particularly love the veggie sampler and the chicken tibs

I've had the chance to have Ethiopian food in a few places around the states and This is hands down at the top. Very low-key and neighborhood atmosphere too! The veggie sampler was plentiful and was great for trying a few items!

I ordered here for the first time and was blown away by how good it was. I only ordered the shiro wat, and it was delightful. One of the best shiros I've had.
Waitress was also super smiley and nice. Highly recommend the food at Red Sea.

We had a wonderful experience catering for 70+ people from the red sea. Very generous portions, and everyone raved about the quality of the veggie and meat options.
Restaurant manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bartender literally acted like I'm completely invisible...for an extremely long period of time, to the point it became apparent to others he was ignoring me on purpose. I had been dancing for a long time and just really needed a water. I was gonna buy a couple drinks too. Not only did you not get any money (goal of running business) but now you got a bad review. Congratulations sir. Have a good night.

Delicious food and wonderful service! Our server, Matias, was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and making recommendations. Prices are reasonable. Location is good - close to the University in Minneapolis. The space is small; cozy but nothing fancy. We will definitely be returning.
Parking: There is limited street parking in front of the restaurant but a large paid parking lot plus metered parking behind the restaurant which was very convenient. You will need to pay for parking, but the rates were quite reasonable. We paid less than $3 for 2 1/2 hours at a meter behind the restaurant.

Red Sea is the best Ethiopian restaurant in town! The food is flavorful, authentic, and delicious, with perfectly soft injera and rich stews. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
