Decent salads, and many good toppings to choose from. They have a menu or you can build your own. I personally enjoy their Classic Caesar, but if you want to add some chicken, it's an upcharge. To be honest, the only drawback to this place is the price. $10 - $15 for a simple salad is a little much in my opinion. However, it's fast, and good for anyone trying to lose a few inches around the waist. Sadly, if you make it a regular occurrence, your wallet may end up getting...

This salad bar is fantastic! I visit several times a week, and the quality is always consistent. The staff is efficient, and the prices are the best in the skyways. You're getting an excellent salad at a great value. Highly recommend giving them a try!

The Salad Bar is a quick take out place in the middle of the City Center Complex/Nicolette Mall on the 2nd floor just outside the Chase branch. Quick service, many healthy choice salad combinations and splurge ingredients to select from. There are plenty of dressings including low cal and even fresh lemon juice, olive oil and straight balsamic vinegar. Everything is fresh then hand chopped to make a delicious salad!
