Stopped into The Sidecar before a show at the Parkway Theater and it was a perfect pre-show spot. The cheese curds and burger were both fantastic, and my cocktail was excellent. Only downside is the street parking, but overall, it was a great place to go before a show!

The fries are a must—crispy, golden perfection! Cozy and comfortable bar with a welcoming vibe. Great spot to unwind, and I’ll definitely be back.

We waited 20 minutes and weren't even acknowledged. It wasn't that busy, but they were understaffed. We finally left as it was obvious it was going to take forever to get a drink.

Fun little place to meet up for drinks and chat. Very cozy with a lot of options for mixed drinks. Solid tap list and food is amazing.

Friday night bartenders: why so dimissive, rude and miserable?

The good. Very cool atmosphere, chill vibe tunes, good drink menu.
The bad. The two female bartenders were probably the least friendly and welcoming of any I have experienced in decades. We walked in the door and were told to go to a table in back. We said we were just coming in for a quick drink and could we sit at the bar to which we were literally given the brush off. Never seen anything like it. The guy who was our server at the table was fine. Oh, I also walked up to the bar (it was our first time going there) to look at their inventory of spirits; stood at the bar without a drink in my hand while the two bartenders washed and dried glasses 5 feet from me. Stood there for at least two minutes without either acknowledging me. Well played ladies, you lost four customers in 20 minutes.

Really great bar and restaurant in South Mpls giving you neighborhood first date, or relaxed gathering spot. Small menu, but dont let that sway you from going. Affordable spirits and cocktails, food can be a stretch dollarwise, but you got to go to understand ! Trust me. YOU MUST GET THE TENDERLOIN SLIDERS!

Nice bar in the area open for happy hour and for drinks. Was visiting and met up with a friend for dinner. We went here during happy hour before our dinner reservations and got a round of drinks and fries. They have a wide variety drinks and options, a honey menu and all of the classics. I enjoyed their Espressotini,
Positive effect, and their hot toddy. Nice little bar and I really enjoyed the music they played. The bathroom lights are pretty bright. There’s some street parking and some lots nearby.
