After working downtown over a year, I am getting sick of the chain sandwich shops. Simple sandwich is just that, simple and very delicious. Everything is made fresh and you can tell. On top of great food, extremely friendly staff and a clean dining room, they have amazing prices. If you can get a full “combo meal” under $13 downtown in 2023, that deserves 5 stars. Can wait to try a salad or breakfast! This will be a weekly lunch spot for me…they should institute a punch card! ?

My girlfriend just ordered for lunch, and there was a bug in her food, when she tried to return they made a big deal only wanted to remake the food and didn't want to give a refund..... Horrible.

Tucked in on the Skyway above the hotel. Ate here several times during a business trip. It’s like it says in the name. Simple sandwiches done right. Delicious.

What an amazing little place. First off the owners went above and beyond to let us get our past minutes orders in. Everyone's sandwiches were fresh with soft bread. The tomato basil soup was really good. It's a must-stop Mama and Papa shop.

Best French Dip in MN!

Perfect for lunch, this has got to be the best sandwich shop in the skyway. They have hot and cold sandwiches, soups and wraps, and breakfast options as well. Reuben was spot on - significantly better than the overpriced versions from a truck. Highly recommended.

This was my first time getting food on my own from here, normally it's ordered through my work but I've not ordered a salad before. I ordered a chicken caesar salad (total $11.65 ($8.50 for the salad, $2 to add chicken + tax) I was not impressed for a couple of reasons. 1 - caesar salad is not supposed to be made with iceberg salad mix with the red cabbage/carrots mixed in, a caesar salad is supposed to be made with romaine lettuce. 2 - the size of salad for almost $12 was unimpressive when I could get a salad 3 times that size from other restaurants for the same price. 3 - the dressing wasn't even what you'd consider to be a classic caesar dressing it was more of an italian dressing from Olive Garden. Honestly the only good part about this salad was the chicken. Sorry Simple Sandwich, I do like your sandwiches but unless your food is provided by work I likely will not come back on my own.

Located within the skyway system this little sandwich place offers a wide variety of sandwich and soup options. You can sit in and eat or take out. The prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly.
