We had to wait a while to get our food and we had to extend the time on our parking twice we waited over an hour for our food. The food was cold. The best thing was the ice cream sundae with the donut and ice cream. The cheese curds were pretty good too.

I had to try it, and mean most places do not offer donuts with a meal -- chicken sandwiches or burgers. I ordered The PAT (a steak burger) with fries and a shake. Pretty good. You can order and pay from the counter or via your phone. Atmosphere is nothing special. I guess the only problem I had is the cost. $25 for a burger, fries and simple shake seems high, but maybe that's just the way things are these days.

We had the grilled cheese, the crunch burger, and a chocolate shake. Everything was absolutely delicious, overflowing with flavor, and cooked perfectly! Everything here comes with a fantastic donut as well, as an added bonus. If you are dining in, you order right at your table, which was pretty smooth and convenient. Must try!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The two employees working were absolutely amazing! Went in with our 2 year old and they couldn't of been more friendly. The Philly sandwich and tots were very good and the donuts that came with the meal were phenomenal. Can't remember the last time I left somewhere that happy with the service.

Walked down to the Washigton Ave from UM Hospital trying to kill a couple hours & find a bite to eat. Was intrigued but the high star rating of The Test Kitchen. Arrived off peak hours (2:30ish) and had the place to myself. Used the QR code to peruse the menu...went with the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese, fries, and felt like I had to try their a shake. I was wondering about the donuts that I saw mentioned, but couldn't find the option to add one to my order, so thought I would just pass on that this time. First of all, the sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. Buffalo sauce wasn't too much & melted cheese throughout was amazing. Secondly, I was surprised when I received not 1, but 2 donuts! One must come with the meal & 1 comes hanging on the shake! There also is a donut topping station, which I did not use. Quantities were more than sufficient. Will try to stop here again if ever in the area.

The food was AMAZING!!! I ordered the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and my husband ordered the Philly cheese steak. absolute awesome!!! the donuts were such a fun touch and the freshest donuts I've ever tasted!!!!! I'm not a sweets person and I ate my whole donut!! the jalapeño sauce was delicious and I even asked how to make it. the service was awe!! super friendly! cole slaw was fresh!! highly recommend and will for sure be going back!!! my new favorite place when I'm in the area!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

We walked 2+ miles each way to try The Test Kitchen. Everything was absolutely delicious!! We had a donut sundae, Crunchy Burger, and Nashville Hot Chicken and all were very good. We’ve lived in Nashville and had hot chicken multiple times and TTK’s version is as good if not better than any. We’ve lived in Boston too where a similar very popular restaurant we frequented, Crazy Good Kitchen, could also compete with TTK. They too make all their own sauces and pickles. Next time we visit TTK we’ll try the shakes. Though I wasn’t crazy about the slaw, the donuts are delicious!! And service is excellent!

I cannot reiterate how great this place is. It’s hardly ever crowded and that makes me sad because this place is good enough to be packed 24/7. Everything I’ve had is delicious-donuts, burgers, fries, tots. They really pay attention to details, like the extra flavor and texture from the fried cheese, getting to decorate your own donuts (though they’re so good on their own you almost don’t want to but it’s so fun!) and the staff are super kind. Always love showing people this place and everyone I’ve shown has enjoyed.

The donuts here are some of the best, most fresh I’ve ever had. Ordered the Crunchburger with cheese curds - did not disappoint. Love that you can choose from a variety of condiments instead of just the classic ketchup/mustard. House pickles are killer, and the service was very friendly, our food came quickly and the place was very clean. I’m one happy customer.
