Service was super bad. Disappointed. The lady with glasses was so rude and bad English. what I ordered was blown sugar milk foam combination with boba is too sweet in her opinion and i asked to put boba but she just kept said i cannot, cannot. What the hell.

The only reason I put 4 stars, is because they use paper straws. I get saving the environment, but I had how soggy my straw gets trying to enjoy my drink. They then switched to paper cups now. I can't see the pretty ribbons of brown sugar anymore. Their paper cups and paper straws makes the drink taste off and I always have to transfer it into a different cup to enjoy.

As a Taiwanese, I love this brand back home. The Tigar Sugar at this location here however, does not worth a visit. Save your cash for somewhere else.

There is close to no seating, but a good amount of space. The customer service has only been good and great. Their signature drink is delicious. I haven't enjoyed Boba before, but this is a quality place. There are a few different sizes of pearls in the drink, and they're all pleasantly textured. I'm very happy to make this my go-to Boba place. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: I have seen schoolers from the nearby Gaia Democratic School around here frequently, with the same great service and respectful interactions

I've only ever gotten their signature boba (because I can't get enough of it), but I've gone back for it many times. It's never too busy, the employees are kind and amiable, and the service is generally quick. There's not really seating, which seems to prevent the place from getting over crowded. If you have a place you're planning on heading back to with your boba tea (and not planning on sitting somewhere in the shop), this is a great place to go

Very terrible experience! You cannot change the ice level and must receive a full cap ice. I drunk it after 20 minutes after coming back home. At the end, the taste is very light even like light sweet water. I have bought this brand’s tea in New York where I can change ice level. I cannot

Pictures look nothing like the actual drinks, after i ordered i was confused on if they had the wrong drinks made and when i tried them they weren’t good at all, i was upset and asked for a refund or a new drink cause i paid over 15 dollars for drinks i wasn’t even going to drink and they didn’t offer a refund or new drinks, great customer service!!!!

Cute little boba shop! If youre antisocial they have an ordering screen so you can order from that and they'll make it right away for you! It's usually not busy at all so they finish your drink insanely quick. I definitely recommend coming here if you're in town. I've been here a couple times and they were so nice both times! I do wish that they had some seating inside maybe like a couple of high chairs or some tables or something. Maybe could be a place to come to to study at if they did have seating.

No where to sit inside, it was fairly hot (not sure if the AC was even on), no bathroom, and way too much ice (no way to modify).

Nice! Unique flavors that actually work.... Unlike the craft brew beer industry that seems to think you can throw anything into a beer, these folks must actually like what they are making. I tried at least half the flavors. All good.

Just went but bought black sugar boba. I paid for the bigger cup. I asked for extra black sugar. She gave me a paper cup with milk tea and just mid not even sweet boba. I paid all that money for her to skimp me on my drink. And it was full of Ice. I’ve had way better bubble tea elsewhere. This was my second experience but this time was awful. If it’s the lady and she gives u the paper cup just know ur drink is not what you ordered. Irritating

This place has delicious, refreshing bubble tea. I came here with a friend on a hot August day before we began to walk around the University of Minnesota's campus, and was wowed by not only the high quality of the bubble tea, but the overall atmosphere inside too.For reference, I ordered their Tiger Mango Sago - so refreshing!Service is very friendly, and the drinks are made relatively quickly yet still so good. While the store itself was quite empty (there is minimal seating space inside), there were lots of cute decorations inside and the interior felt very homey and cozy. Must be great for U of M students to come in and have a little break from their studies. Will definitely be back here when in the area again.

My favorite boba. It's hard to find black sugar around the TC and it's even harder to find a boba place that doesn't pour heaps of sugar into everything. A lot of reviews complaining about the taste are just people who have their pallets ruined by sugar. This place is plenty sweet and tastes amazing. Service isn't the best and the decor is strange and empty, but it's a place to take and leave.

Good drinks but an odd ordering system and definitely a bit dingy inside. It's an order then leave store.
