This morning I thought I'd treat my coworkers with Tim Hortons donuts. I used the mobile app, chose a dozen donuts and completed the order. The app asked me to let them know when I was on my way. If I can give it a zero star, I would! This is the worse Tim Hortons that I have ever been in the State, at 11:30, they ran out of hash browns which is understandable. They also told me that have no wedges because it is too early for lunch. Wow. So we asked for strawberry cheesecake donut that was new on the menu but they don't have it!!! The staff are not Tim Horton uniform or hair net to serve food!!!

Asked for original blend and got dark roast. I'm sure this isn't a reflection of entire franchise but this location seemed understaffed

I love the doughnuts and coffee, but they are slow here. And frequently out of many varieties. They let the drive thru back up regularly as well while waiting on some part of a customers order instead of sending that person through and letting people who just ordered a doughnut or coffee get thru.
