I've been going to Tooties for almost 30 years. Neighborhood institution! Amazing burgers and great specials, and the staff is amazing, very friendly. Don't tell too many people, though!
Very classic and nostalgic interior from the early 2000s. The folks and staff here seem well acquainted and friendly. Place is a little dusty and disorganized but it's large and open with plenty of seating options. The menu touches on a lot of American classics, what I would consider "safe" choices. However they really fell short of all the mentions of "best burger" lining their windows. The food was pretty bland and just not something I would come back...
