It's good. It's probably what you'd expect. Nothing crazy awesome to write home about. The place feels a little bit like a time capsule with the wood panel walls and carpet that is coming up in spots that tries to trip you. Dinner specials are usually the best thing they offer, those can be really special. Burgers are decent and staff are friendly. It also has the vibe that you ate/drank there enough to become a regular then it would probably be better, more welcoming,...
I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years. Best Jamaican sauce I ever tasted. The Jamaican burger or wings is a must! They got a new one with cheese curds, fries and a gravy on a toasted bun.
Met my son and his friends there played some pool. Service is always fast and good. Nothing bad to say. Got TV’s by the bar of the local games and a jukebox.

I've been going to Tooties for almost 30 years. Neighborhood institution! Amazing burgers and great specials, and the staff is amazing, very friendly. Don't tell too many people, though!
