I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Toppers Pizza on S Lyndale. I tried to place an order while the store was clearly still open, but the staff refused to take it without any reasonable explanation. If you're going to advertise business hours, at least honor them. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience—I won’t be returning.

Toppers has always been amazing in the past. Hot, delicious wings and pizza.
This was my first time trying the Lyndale location and it was epic fail.
I pre-ordered but when I went in to pickup they said they hadn't even started yet. I thought it's ok, things happen. The food is great, it'll be worth the wait.
I got home to find out they made me a medium when I paid for a large (photo). They simply used a large box but put a medium pizza inside. The nacho stixx I ordered was bare from toppings on a good quarter of it and it was missing the queso.
I'm not sure why it's so drastically different from other stores; it's very disappointing

You wouldn’t suspect when looking at it, but toppers is very vegan friendly and has great, affordable pizza. Their website is very easy to navigate and they have specific page listing out all the vegan options they have.
They have multiple vegan friendly pre-made pizzas that occasionally change. They use field roast pepperoni and follow your heart cheese and know how to cook vegan cheese well so the pizza just isn’t goo. Cheese sticks are great (one of my favs) and there’s multiple vegan sauces including garlic sauce, dairy free ranch, buffalo sauce, marinara and more.
They have messed up our sauces once so I would double check before leaving.

I'd give 0 stars but that option doesn't exist. I ordered pizza for my family to our hotel after the Vikings Bears football game on Monday night. It was 11pm and their website said they were open until 1am. They told me our pizza would be there in 35 minutes and it never came. They never called me either saying there was a problem. After an hour I called to see where my pizza was and there was no answer. Beyond frustrated. If you aren't willing to serve me just say so. Get Dominos instead. I saw him deliver like 3 times while I waited down in the lobby for toppers.

Ordered on line which was easy. Driver was quick with getting the food picked up and delivered to us. Except the pizza was skimpy on cheese it almost didn't look like there was any on it. Wings were good but I put note in for 3 cups of ranch and didn't get any.
They only delivered half our order but charged us for it all, then they don’t answer at the store when you call. And they use uber drivers for delivery, but uber just tells you to call the store, and round and round you go. Even the app doesn’t work, and it just tells you to call the store lol.
So you can’t get ahold of anyone to get your food or a refund, there’s no accountability and they just take your money. Luce is right down the street and the food and service is way better anyway. And it’s less expensive there too, especially after all the fees Toppers charges.

I ordered a speciality pizza and it came with only half of the toppings it was supposed to have. I contacted Toppers for a refund (or a partial refund at the very least) and they have ignored me.
I have a hard time believing some of these other reviews that mention good service. This location is a disaster and has consistently messed up our orders with no attempt to apologize or correct their mistakes. Bad food and even worse service.
Just go to Dominos instead if you want cheap pizza, or honestly, just a different Toppers location in the Twin Cities. This location is uniquely bad. Stay away.
