The only ramen meats they have are tofu and chicken. Beautiful dishes but the place could use a good scrub.

Put in an order to be picked up at 4:50, walked into an empty restaurant and 2 folks making out behind the counter. When I greeted them they started making my food which took 10-15 minutes. Ramen here used to be quality, i got random chunks of meat not included in my

We love this place! The Bali Bali hits the spot with the tehini and sesame sauce. Absolutely delicious. I don't handle much side and this is spicy so proceed with caution. Worth it though.

I’ve gotten something different each time i’ve been here and it’s all been amazing. My absolute favorite thing on their menu is the fried kimchi! The restaurant is so cozy and cute.

Definitely ranks in the top 3 spots for ramen in Minneapolis, we really enjoyed the DraMN. The DraMN is like a chicken based version of tonkotsu ramen (pork). The chicken bone broth is so rich flavor, and the leek is a nice addition as a topping. For an appetizer, we really liked the friend kimchi, so delicious!

This place makes its own noodles! Gotta love that. The broth and ingredients for the DraMN tasted really good: my Japanese American friend said it was the best ramen she has had in MN! Lots of options for gluten free and vegetarians.

Absolutely fantastic service and the food was downright delectable. Our host even took time to humor us in our conversation on the classification of foods. As we were leaving she said something to me and I took my earbud out and she spoke again and I still couldn’t hear her, wanting to save myself the embarrassment I hurriedly left the establishment and while,at the time of writing, it’s been only a few moments since i left I hate awkward departures and I’m deeply sorry for my lack of listening and I’ll come back soon enough to atone for my misdeeds ?

Awesome Ramen!

Agedashi tofu was very good ! Spicy miso ramen just did not hit as much as the other ramens I’ve had at Tori. To be fair we did get take out which I think is a mistake for ramen.

Tori 44 was a twenty minute drive from where we were and it was very worth the drive. Everything is simple and simply wonderful. Taste, texture, presentation and atmosphere are all thoughtfully choreographed into this calm and invitingexperience .

We hadn't been to this place in several years and I will say it has changed. Instead of a super busy congested space, it was much more laid back, with perceivably less pressure to eat and get out. The ramen was a little pricey but super delicious, and a quality like I've had in a friend's home kitchen. Not overly fancy, and straight to the point. I'm not a fan of ordering on a digital menu, I'd rather walk up to a counter to ask questions, or see a person at the table, thankfully it was optional. The drink menu was only online, I wish I'd had a little more time to take it in - it was honestly refreshing to see they don't serve alcohol. I went there wanting a beer, but I left there not missing it. And the vegetarian/vegan/can be vegan (CBV) indicators on the menu were super helpful because I know where I can bring my veg friends for a good hot meal. I highly, highly recommend their fried kimchi.

Ramen is authentic! It’s a great place to have lunch, brunch, or supper for the GF folks, too, as most everything can be made GF. We tried the J-pop potato salad and tea eggs, both very delicious.
