Had their menudo for lunch and it was really tasty- clean, light, and flavorful. I saw that some reviewers don't like that they weigh the meat (tripe) but I appreciated that. It lets you know there's a minimum amount of meat they will give you instead of just eyeballing it. Would come back for the menudo!
