It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy. The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Last night (3/16) our group of 5 had reservations at a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately they were overwhelmed, lost our order ticket and couldn’t serve our party 30 minutes before our daughter’s dance performance at the Southern theatre. I rushed over to Town Hall to see if they could seat us or at least get a few appetizers. The wonderful host found me a table for 4 and said she’d add a chair. She also said the kitchen was running fast and could deliver in 10-15 minutes; the night was saved!!! Thank you Town Hall!

My husband and I went with a couple of friends. They have good dark beers and a collection of rare whiskies. My husband was able to have a pour of Pappy, a bucket list item for him. Our friends had appetizers, and they liked them. They also had several non-alcoholic drink options.

The atmosphere was very nice. My family and I were in a hurry so we only ordered an appetizer, but they were very accommodating and served us very quickly. The food was delicious.

Awesome brewpub near campus! Can get busy on weekends, but worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Grabbed a quick lunch on Friday and was quickly sat at 1:30pm. Blackened chicken Caesar salad and cheese curds were what I chose. Salad was great and well priced at 15$ (salad is so expensive now). Curds were ok, I would've liked marinara sauce if it was available. Place is a little dark and hard to tell if it's "open" as it doesn't have the most inviting exterior. Seems like a good spot to grab a pint.

Food was wonderful. Service was a bit slow, but wait staff reported they were short staffed and apologized, but still managed to do a great job checking in on us. Love the old German beer hall vibe.

Been here so many times I love their food! Their BBQ sauce is my favorite one anywhere in the Twin Cities. Great servers, always friendly and the events they host are cool and small enough for you to enjoy. Great area that's its located in. Love the drinks. Great place overall.
