Never disappoints. Super friendly staff, great beer/cider selection, and amazing food. The Pulled Pork Sandwich is top notch every time!
Edit: They’ve taken all of my favs off the menu, a huge bummer! Sadly I’m dropping this review down to a 4/5. If they come around to restoring their best items, I’ll gladly bump it back to 5.
Edit 2: They brought my prized Pulled Pork Sandwich back, and I swear it tastes better than it ever did. Practically inhaled the thing. You’ve earned your 5th star back. Please never remove that delicious sandwich again!
Edit 3: My precious Pulled Pork Sandwich is gone again! Please, I beseech thee — bring it back! It’s SO GOOD!! I won’t even dock a star this time. Pretty please!!
We went bowling for the 1st time with our 3 year old and it went very well. You come in and go to the lanes, they will get you set up and a waitress will come by to ask about food and drinks as it is attached to the brewery. The only downside was no ramp for the ball to be set on to bowl. When you check out, any food and/or drinks along with your bowling is on 1 check which makes for easy check out.

We had a birthday party for my 11 year old here. They reserved two lanes side by side for us and had the table prepped with pitchers of water, glasses, plates etc and were very prompt with food and refills. I will definitely come here again!

Town hall Lanes had always been a go to spot when I lived in south Minneapolis and I was excited to go back and share this with my out of town family. We decided to bowl and get some food. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to the rude and confrontational gentleman working the bowling alley. With 4 adults and 2 children the bowling area is a squeeze and this gentleman felt the need to police and dictate where we could stand. I was scolded for being on the lane with my 3 year old because apparently only one person can be in the lane at a time. Also one of the adults in the group was not bowling but was required to remove their flip flops because it had been raining and wet shoes were not allowed in the seating area of the lanes. When the gentleman discovered that this adult was not wearing shoes or socks, due to the lanes own rules, they were asked to put on socks and when there were no socks to put on they were required to buy a pair from the restaurant and then given bowling shoes to wear. Over the course of the next hour, we were interrupted several times by this gentleman for unknown reasons. When I spoke with our waitstaff they expressed frustration with this gentleman and stated that there have been many complaints by other patrons but nothing has been done. I was very disappointed with the bowling experience but our waitstaff when above and beyond to make sure that the rest of our time was great! Also the sweet corn nachos used to be much better but unfortunately were on par with our bowling experience. If I do return to Townhall in the future, it will only be at one of the other locations.
Awesome beer choices. Food was excellent. Service was attentive but not bothersome.
Great food, best fried chicken in the cities! On Tuesday they have two trivia sessions, one at 8pm and the second at 9pm, they are so fun! Highly recommended. Bowling is fun too.
For a small local bowling alley, this place knocked it out of the park. They have a good menu with plenty of options, and the pretzels were incredible. Bowling was cheap, and the music was great.
Met a homie before their flight (11min drive from the airport)
Sunny dining hall with booths, low tables & a long bar. Bowling alley area is cozy (affordable) & friendly. The pizza is so delicious!
