Delicious vegan food served here! My wife and I had lunch on 8/6/25. We both had the Mac and Cheese with Collards. This is vegan food prepared VERY WELL, by an owner who is passionate about what he presents to the public. I highly recommend Trio and encourage anyone to go as soon as possible!

I got a combo platter of 6 soul food items, an order of the Cajun fries, and a cookie. Ordered for pickup but the atmosphere seemed nice in there and staff was pleasant
the good- Mac and cheese: excellent, no notes ribs: pretty good, a bit on the chewy/tough side but I see what they're going for (and understand them well as an 8-yr vegan) slaw: solid, a little bit mild for my taste cajun fries: great, I prefer a thicker fry but these thinner ones may appeal to others cornbread: tiny bit dry but complemented well by the maple butter. generous portion
the bad- collared greens: lots of extra liquid in the container, incredibly salty to the point of being inedible. which is a shame because otherwise the flavor seemed pretty interesting yams: very sweet, almost candied. not really to my taste for something that's not listed as dessert cookie: dry and cakey on the outside, tough and mushy in the middle, and not much in the way of chocolate chips. obviously prioritizes appearance over taste
overall a pretty confusing meal - the good was excellent and the bad was startling. next time I'd steer towards a mac- or burger-focused item

The food was incredible! The service was excellent! I tried to save my yams until I got back home but I ate them lol. They have gluten free bread and noodles!!!!! I was so hyped!

The food wasn't bad. The service and bathrooms are another story! If the bathrooms are filthy w/no toilet paper...makes you wonder about the kitchen! The staff just stood around staring at everyone, and the waitress with the nose ring was sweet, but oblivious on order taking! Maybe if she cared more than about looking cute! I've never ever seen a waitress show their belly button during service, um Ewww!!

Nice people. Cute little place. I ordered the burger and was disappointed. There was so much mayo in there it tasted like a Burger King whopper. It was nice to check it out but based on the food I won’t be going back.

We first visited Trio in 2024 the food was on point. So enjoyable that I wanted others to try. This time I invited other non vegan family members and was quite disappointed. It had to be a different cook on duty who was quite heavy handed with the season. Most of the food was highly over salted especially the cauliflower wings were to salty rendering them inedible Also the collar greens were over seasoned.

Wow! Out of this world food!! The gal who helped us was so friendly and helpful. We got the Sampler with one of everything. There was not a single item that wasn't delicious!! We had ribs, catfish, macaroni and cheese, greens, cornbread, and yams. So amazing, it was hard to believe everything on the menu is vegan.
they way i tore that soul bowl UP!!!! so good! everything was well seasoned, great portion sizes, and felt light but nourishing 🙌🏽 had to leave a review before i left the spot bc it is THAT good ❤️🔥
