food was amazing after it arrived. the only problem was waiting an hour for it to arrive. waitress missed a few things also. I left 10% which really requires a negative experience.

I was here for brunch the other day, and the service was extremely slow and unimpressive, given that it was almost empty. I ordered the breakfast burger, which didn't taste like much and was very underwhelming. Both my burger and side potatoes felt barely warm. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Nice staff and delicious food. Pancakes are excellent! Rye is okay but sourdough is amazing.

Outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was carefully and thoughtfully prepared. Service was very attentive and hands off allowing us to engage in conversation uninterrupted.

The entire dining experience was incredible. It's definitely a treat to eat here. The food, the service, everything was perfect.
Very rude staff.
It was so amazing. We are total foodies too, and I've not really been here before the service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend.
The oyster was fresh for an appetizer, grilled whole branzino paired with my new favorite sauvignon! From the hotel service including the valet drivers and servers at the restaurant are great

Food was way too salty, both the halibut and bison steak. We were sat next to another diner in a near-empty restaurant and not accommodated when we asked to move. Although reservation was noted as an anniversary celebration, there was no acknowledgment from the staff. The rooftop bar, on the other hand, was a wonderful experience, including anniversary champagne and wonderful service.
Came here with a small group, the wait staff were extremely kind and attentive, taking time to explain the plates and offerings. Nice quiet comfortable environment.
Was a good option for our stay at the Hewing. Decent brunch options. Got a bit energetic before a Vikings game for brunch and it impacted our service. Dinner was decent. A bit pricey for the quality of food and options. Great drinks, not great coffee.
Food was delicious! We had a fabulous dinner. The service was amazing and it was an excellent experience. We are looking forward to going back.
We had an incredible experience here! We did the 7-course meal - everything was so delicious & beautiful. Most of all, our server Jessica was attentive & delightful, highly recommend!
