I was here for brunch the other day, and the service was extremely slow and unimpressive, given that it was almost empty. I ordered the breakfast burger, which didn't taste like much and was very underwhelming. Both my burger and side potatoes felt barely warm. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Nice staff and delicious food. Pancakes are excellent! Rye is okay but sourdough is amazing.

The entire dining experience was incredible. It's definitely a treat to eat here. The food, the service, everything was perfect.
Very rude staff.
It was so amazing. We are total foodies too, and I've not really been here before the service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend.
The oyster was fresh for an appetizer, grilled whole branzino paired with my new favorite sauvignon! From the hotel service including the valet drivers and servers at the restaurant are great
Food was way too salty, both the halibut and bison steak. We were sat next to another diner in a near-empty restaurant and not accommodated when we asked to move. Although reservation was noted as an anniversary celebration, there was no acknowledgment from the staff. The rooftop bar, on the other hand, was a wonderful experience, including anniversary champagne and wonderful service.
Came here with a small group, the wait staff were extremely kind and attentive, taking time to explain the plates and offerings. Nice quiet comfortable environment.
Food was delicious! We had a fabulous dinner. The service was amazing and it was an excellent experience. We are looking forward to going back.

Loved dinner at Tubilee, service was excellent, food was Amazing. I would eat here again. Concert on the Hewing roof top patio, not so much. I would never pay for those tickets again. There was no where to sit to see them play, and the artist only played 1 set. Super disappointed with the experience for the price.
I've been a few times now with colleagues. Amazing food, amazing service. Our server, Bart was the man and super helpful regarding the menu and wine pairings with our dinner. Best place in Minneapolis. Always reliable and always delicious. We had the trout, bolognese ravioli, bread to mop up the ravioli sauce, and duck fat fries.
The restaurant did a fabulous job making us feel special and taken care of on Saturday. We had a micro wedding elsewhere and then had a luncheon for 10 at Tulibee. We had a 4 course prix fixe menu which was designed for the day. The service was lovely, the chef brought out each course and introduced the plates. We had the best table in the restaurant and they surpassed our hopes.

Can’t speak to the authenticity, but holy cow delicious. If you have the opportunity to order the whole trout, do it!! Even my fish-hesitant husband loved it, it’s deboned and comes in the most decadent butter sauce. Excellent service, so warm and knowledgeable.
Other dishes we tried (all delicious): bitterballen (flavorbomb), kale salad (massaged and well dressed so you’re not chewing for ages), bison ravioli (also delicious butter sauce), broccolini (smoky and salty).
