No parking so I kept driving to a different lunch place.

Don’t sleep on the bacon croissant and the sourdough loaf! Best thing about this spot, is that all the pastries are packed with flavors other than sugar. It’s amazing.

The tomato basil soup and bread were great, but I was really disappointed they don’t have a changing table in the restroom. I had to change my baby on the floor of the restroom. The place was full of children, so there’s definitely a big need. It’s such an easy thing to install to make parent’s lives easier, and the lack of one will prevent me from going back.

I live near turtle bread and think it's a great local spot - unfortunately their menu choices limit me from being able to visit more frequently. They have no kids menu - so if I want to visit with the family, I have to pay full price for a veggie quesadilla - with everything removed (so just a cheese quesadilla) for the kids who will still only eat half. Similar - they have great soups, but offer no way to get a soup as a side instead of fries (or a soup /sandwich combo). Offer more flexible menu options so I can visit more frequently!

Got an americano, could barely taste the espresso because they put so much water in it. It was also piping hot. To the point where I couldn't hold the cup, even through the cardboard sleeve. The bakes good are top tier

Decent little coffee/brunch/bakery spot. Interesting items they sell here. Food is pretty good. Bakery items were solid. Everything is a bit more expensive than it needs to be. That being said I recommend for the nice interior and variety of stuff they have.

Big open energy. Casual corner cafe and bakery. Lovely local spot with amazing bread, soups and a few good breakfast options.

My move is to grab a wedge of cheese at the first display by the door (usually Cotswold), order a soup no matter what (usually tomato or potato based, but they're all good) and if I'm hungry - get the turtle breakfast (which is a huge portion and will definitely fill you up by itself but is so tasty and fun to mix with the soup and cheese).

Side note: if you ever see the mushroom lovers pasta salad in the deli display it's amazing and you should get it.

They also keep all their condiments, butters, jams, sauces, salt, pepper, water and coffee and Togo containers out in the dining area so you can get as much or as little as you want without having to wait for or bother anyone.

It's important to know that soups are usually ready around 11:00am and that the chocolate loaf is only available on the weekends.

We drive 10 miles through urban landscapes to get to turtle bread... specifically for their biscuits...
When we get there, service is as warm and inviting as the biscuits, and the atmosphere for consuming them equally so...

Had a fabulous Ruben there in 2023 the 2024 Ruben was so disappointing. Probably half the sandwich that I got last Year. Hope you return to your previous glory.
