Alla and her team went above and beyond for our the 90th birthday celebration for our mother! We had 100 guests - Alla was excellent with communication from a quick response with a quote, accommodated allergies and offered gluten free options, and confirmation of all details before the event. She and her team arrived on time to set up for the party - the homemade luncheon was beautifully presented on large platters and tiered plates. We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was - fresh sandwiches in wraps and on rolls, large fruit and veggie trays and delicious lettuce and pasta salads. She set up a drink table with lemonade and tea - guests enjoyed combining for arefreshing beverage! Her staff kept the food table replenished and clean - they picked up guest plates throughout the event and emptied waste containers, so everything stayed tidy! I have Alla/Twin Cities Catering as a contact in my phone and look forward to working with Alla and her team on future events! Truly a game delightful experience!
