Love bringing the grandkids here for corn dogs, and I enjoy the craft soda selection too

Ordered an Italian beef, burger and 2 Chicago dogs. Both hotdog buns were pretty hard and stale. Burger was just an ordinary good burger so nothing wrong there. The flavors on the Italian beef were good, the bread was not the best. I remembered being in Chicago and they'd say if the bread can hold the juices without falling apart then that's a good sandwich. Sadly not this one.

Overall, very affordable and awesome service but need to work on their bread. Also saw other reviews that they had hard buns as well. I'd only come back if I was on a really tight budget.

This place is what you call a hidden gem. Came to Minneapolis on business, an old friend recommended this tiny restaurant. I don't think much has changed there since the 60s. It's great. Burgers, dogs, Italian sausages.... All delicious. I'm not talking about diner food here. It's more like a high-end delicatessen. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with worn and vintage feel. I suppose in decades gone by that most towns had a great little place like this, but today these types of experiences are few. If you enjoy having a meal at a place with good people and lots of character.... Enjoy.

We just found out about this place and were excited to try it out. Signed up online for delivery thinking they did their own, only to find out at the very end it is just doordash. And since it was not the doordash website we never say an estimated delivery time. Waited an hour and a half only to have the order cancelled. This was with the driver listed as at the restaurant waiting for the order for 20 minutes.

The food is outrageously delicious and cheap! Literally the best hot dog in the city. Worth a trip. Should be a NE institution like Kramarkzuks, Momos, or Surdyks!!

Went here last winter with my family. Service was slow and it wasn’t as busy day. Staff was rude for some reason? Food was cold when we got it 45 minutes later. I won’t be recommending this to anyone.
