The atmosphere inside is what brings us back, very cozy and relaxing. Coffee is great too! We’ve always had really pleasant interactions with staff. Love that it’s open late too!!

I occasionally come to this place and I undoubtedly say that this is the best cafe monozygotic (twin) cities, The staff are very friendly and welcoming, The Atmosphere is quite, it's like being your home but more luxurious.

Nice building and feel on the inside. Pity the coffee and chai is so bad. The barista clearly has had zero training.

Milk in my latte was not steamed to create any microfoam - it was just over heated to the point of almost boiling. I got a small double shot latte but it was still pretty thin and not very good. It is not undrinkable, but not nice and I didn’t want to finish it. It improved a little when it cooled a bit which shows the coffee may have been ok if made properly.

My daughter got a chai that was crazy sweet.
“It tastes like sugar and milk had a baby” was her view on it.

If you want any other indication how others felt - we saw a customer with a coffee from another local cafe sitting across from us.

Upscale place, but beware surprise sweetened nondairy milk. Had to throw out two seven dollar drinks after asking if they were sweetened and being told no. Totally undrinkable, so sweet.

Do not come here unless you want to be be accosted and harassed. I came here one day to get some studying done and within 15 minutes of sitting down i was approached 4 separate times by two of the staff (one of which I presume was the owner) that if I didn't buy something I'd be asked to leave. I intended on buying coffee once I settled as I was planning on being there for a couple hours an explained that to the staff each time I was approached but they essentially kept harassing me until I bought something. I will never be returning here again and will be advising all my friends to avoid this borderline racist establishment. Hope the $7 watered down chai was worth it for y'all.

Fantastic experience at Uncommon Grounds Coffeehouse! Very unique, as the coffee shop is in a renovated 100+ year old house. Enjoyed chatting with the owner, Dale! Friendly and helpful barista too!

Love-LOVE this place. It's been here for decades, and for good reason! Coffee is always great, the chai is comforting and the space is a literal 2 story HOUSE with ROOMS you can choose from and a friggin WRAPAROUND PORCH. So cozy❤️

Amazingggg coffee. My partner got a single shot iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and I got a double shot caramel iced latte. Both unreal. Will definitely be coming back. It’s also very cute inside!! Kind of like a speakeasy, but in a coffee shop way. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem. This old coffee house has small town charm and is peaceful and beautiful. Dale, the owner, is a sweetheart and the staff are kind and helpful. Definitely worth the visit

Exceptional. Awesome ambience, very silent and not crowded. Rustic and classic ambience, serene and peaceful. I would say the best scones on the world, closer to the best cinnamon roll in the world. This place has to be in some food vlogger/influencers vlog so that it will go viral. This place definitely has the potential for that. Uncommon chai was superb too.
