-Taste: I initially ordered lean cold brew, coffee is diluted, plain, and SOUR . I was so confused because how could $4.5 brew coffee taste worse than star buck coffee. I tried a few more sips and I just completed hate it. I gave this coffee shop another chance because I should judge a coffee shop by just one of their drink So I ordered the second one which is Macha mocha, it's the same thing, plain period. -Parking : there are probably 4 parking spaces in the back and one handicap parking, otherwise street parking Vibe: very nice decoration and clean. Good for studying Would I comeback again: no, definitely not

The owner of Urban Bean, Greg Martin, is a violent predator. He sexually harasses his employees. He verbally harasses his employees. He commits wage theft. He is violent towards customers. Urban Bean has been a favorite of mine for years. In fact, when I struggled with another local coffee shop's coffee-elitist behavior (Spyhouse) about 9 years ago, UB became my spot. As a freelancer, oftentimes worked out of their former Lyndale location next to my favorite Minneapolis boutique, Cliche. Greg, the owner, made me feel welcome always...sure, he's a little dry (with his humor) and sarcastic, but that's part of his charm. Nothing but good things to say about him, the staff, and the coffee.

Multiple women across years of employment by this guy have been harassed and mistreated by the owner. There is also a video circulating of him violently (physically) throwing a woman out on the street on a quiet day in the shop, apparently just for not purchasing anything yet. Creepy & scary vibes from this guy-do not support his business!
