No customer service we stood in line asked them if they were still serving we got no response just completely ignored we asked several times we ended up walking out after we were completely ignored! Bad customer service!

I ordered over $30 worth of food for my family and had to wait 40 minutes for it to be prepared and delivered! I called the store to request no onions on my fries and for the sauce to be on the side, but instead, I got the complete opposite! When I tried to speak with a manager, the person on the phone told me, “Sorry, we are closed!” I explained that by the time the food arrived, it was ice cold. Although the manager eventually came to the phone to apologize, I was still stuck with cold food. This was my first and last experience at this place! I do not recommend it to anyone.

I was actually very happy with the smac n' chz burger but to pay almost $17 for that burger alone and a drink with no side is a bit steep. A littlr bit of fries wouldve made all the difference. They're just potatoes?? Even if they had a small size for $3 or something that I could've gotten, it would've been a much better experience. I don't get why they don't offer plain fries for a few extra bucks?

I have been to Urban Skillet multiple times. I recently took my son and daughter there for dinner. It was my sons 23rd birthday. I had the the Original Skillet Burger. My son got the barbecue wings. I would highly recommend trying them out. The food was SPECTACULAR 5 STARS!!!

I ordered nashville chicken burger, blazing chicken burger and Korean BBQ wings. Only the wings were good. The burgers even though they were fresh, lacked flavor.
