Do not skip the brownies. We got brownies and cupcakes for a birthday, and I’m NOT… a brownie person (but we all are vegan) but my partner loves brownies— so I knew this would be a great choice for his birthday. We got cupcakes just to try them. My god. A friend brought over some cupcakes from Vegan East and although I was skeptical at first, I quickly fell in love after the first bite!! I have no idea how they make these cupcakes so delicious and keep it vegan, but I am genuinely impressed and will gladly support their work. I am not vegan and these desserts would be my first choice to bring to a gathering, especially if I wanted to impress some people.
