This place is great. I've been coming here for a while. Reasonable prices, as well. I recommend the Cubano sammie. It's dynamite. I get a side of the mango pineapple salsa and add it to the Cubano. They have a solid selection of breakfast food, as well.
Victors’s 1959 is a tiny restaurant that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but a delightful escape to Havana on the inside. The atmosphere is fun, Caribbean, and the food is Cuban comfort food in all the best ways. Try plantains, pulled pork, yuca fruit, chorizo, etc. The cafe is generally open for breakfast/brunch/lunch only.
It's such a unique place. We were there for breakfast and enjoyed the ranchero cubano, Spanish omlete, romantic vieja and a side of French Toast to share. The server and staff were very attentive. Loved trying a little cuban breakfasts for the first time. Their hot sauce on the table was excellent as well.
