Every visit to Waterbury has consistently been 5-star service, amazing apps and dinner (love the weekly rotating specials), with clean, cozy, and comfy vibes for gathering. My absolute favorite restaurant in the area!

First visit here for a birthday dinner. Honestly, I'm surprised this place wasn't packed with people. The food is outstanding, interesting ingredients, unique combinations, a 4 Page cocktail list, and unexpected desserts. All of this in an elegant atmosphere with a server who was always quietly checking in. We had a lovely evening and I can't recommend this restaurant more highly!

Throughly enjoyed the Truffle Pasta. My wife said the Waldorf salad was very good. Easy to have conversation.

Patrick & the incredible Waterbury team made our rehearsal dinner and welcome party unforgettable—every detail was executed with care, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm. Their experience in events, food, and beverage was unmatched, even going above and beyond to source wines we loved. The venue itself was stunning, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and cocktails. They coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made setup feel effortless. Thank you times a million—it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend.🥹🤍🥂💍

It was ok, had the burger (the shoestring fries cool off too fast even in the little paper bag they come in) so maybe my own fault for not trying something more interesting. It was a slow night, the staff seemed a little bored and impatient at the same time. The space is pleasant.

We visited Thursday afternoon, they have dedicated spots in the garage for those dining in the restaurant for free. We walked up the block and in through the patio to get into the restaurant.

When we were seated Natalie was our server and she was very sweet and friendly. We started our course with the spinach artichoke dip- which was just okay, nothing spectacular. However our drinks were delicious and well made. We ordered the sidecar and the Cuernavaca and the Cuernavaca was delicious. Not too sweet with the right amount of alcohol.

The seating was super comfortable, the lighting was great and the playlist was fire! From Mac Miller to Daniel Cesar and Lil Yachty we definitely caught ourselves singing along.

I ordered the seasonal special swordfish it was cooked perfectly with no spice in my opinion. Nothing that swept me off my feet- it was just okay. My husband also ordered a steak dish that he wasn’t super impressed with either. We skipped dessert here.

Overall it’s okay I would visit again and try something else but I would recommend if you’re looking for a cozy date night spot or to catch up with friends.

Great vibe and better food. You can get high end here but their burgers and apps are amazing. Cocktails are solid. Parking is rough but worth the walk

What a surprise to walk into this lovely, welcoming restaurant. The food was excellent as was the service, music and ambience. I can't recommend it enough for wonderful food in a lovely setting. We've been back many times now for brunch, lunch and dinner. Jazz nights are fun too!

What a lovely find. The food choices were interesting and what we ordered was delicious: Country Hammer sandwich with skinny crisp fries and Omelet with hash. We also enjoyed the dacquoise for dessert. We will be coming back

Absolute perfection. The eggs in purgatory were spicy and healing, the Sazerac divine, and the service tied it all together. A magical way to begin a vigorous walk round the lake.
