“One of the best spots i’ve found since moving here. Incredible food, incredibly kind staff. Wendy is a joy!!! Love to support her. Parking: They have their own parking space, and they have drive ? in also.

Kid-friendliness: It is very spacious, and the tables are set for 4-6, and more kids are always welcome

“Workers seem to be all Hispanic. The app in general isn't user friendly and then add a language barrier. Kinda sucks but it's ok, as the wanted deal was received. Took about 8mins of 2 ppl taking my phone and speaking Spanish between each other and looking at me... Lol

Parking: The lot is a one-way around the restaurant. If using drive through, some parts around the building are narrow“

“I have not eaten at this Wendy's on Franklin Avenue in years. The food was great. I appreciate the $5 meal deal that had a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for five bucks. It tasted great. You know what else helped make dining at that Wendy's a good experience? Two of the employees were very friendly and had a good sense of humor. That personal touch means a lot in this day. I felt very welcome there and I'm going back. Also, The interior and exterior of the restaurant was clean and attractive.“

They are better than they were a year ago. I'm glad. I really enjoy their food.

3rd update: Did they change the breading on the nuggets??? They're awful now. Yuck. They were so good before. I'm really hoping I just got a bad batch... Because otherwise I won't be coming here anymore. I am literally about to cry, they were my favorite. There is no other reason I come here.

2nd update: So they seem to have improved a little. We used their mobile app to order. It went pretty smooth. They upgraded our drinks on accident and forgot our cookie, but the hot food was accurate and much quicker then previous visits. Staff was friendly.

Original post: If I didn't love the food so much I would never come here. This is The slowest Wendy's on the planet. Also one time we paid for a triple baconator and got a double. But they are always slow. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive through. Ugg. If you want FAST food don't come here.

Update: so they have gotten faster and the staff was very friendly BUT, this is at least the second time now in a row that I ordered regular nuggets and they must not have had enough, so they put in a few spicy ones instead of making more. So.. so.. infuriating. This time I was sharing them with my 1 year old daughter. They made her mouth turn red/irritated before I even realized. Downgrading to 2 stars. Get your act together Wendy's!!!! Now I have to be sure to explain NO! spicy nuggets every time I come here. Ugg“

“Came here to get a late night meal around 1am. Put in my Mobil order on the way to the location. Was craving ice cream so my options were Wendy’s or McDonald’s.(let’s be real we all know McDonald’s don’t have working ice cream machines so Wendy’s it is) I got a frosty, spicy chicken sandwich made with some extras, and a biggie bag for a friend, I waited for about 10 minutes but when I got all the food everything was fresh, the staff were nice, and I asked for some ghost pepper sauce for my sandwich and got it at the window no problem didn’t even charge me for it. I come here for breakfast as well around 8am after my overnight shifts some mornings and the only issue I have ever had was the staff can barely understand me at the speaker in the morning. This place is faster and better quality than tacobell (they never have ice) and McDonald’s (who always have a 20 minute wait no matter the time of day and number of customers and the foods constantly cold) so just save the hassle and disappointment and just come to Wendy’s. During the summer there are some people hanging out in tents in the back of the lot between Wendy’s and tacobell tho so just a heads up.“

“I love the fact that they now have a Coca-Cola Freestyle in their restaurant. It has a wider selection of Fanta flavors than my Coca-Cola Freestyle at work.

Parking: Plenty of spots available in the parking lot at Wendy's.“
