I have not eaten at this Wendy's on Franklin Avenue in years. The food was great. I appreciate the $5 meal deal that had a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for five bucks. It tasted great. You know what else helped make dining at that Wendy's a good experience? Two of the employees were very friendly and had a good sense of humor. That personal touch means a lot in this day. I felt very welcome there and I'm going back. Also, The interior and exterior of the restaurant was clean and attractive.

The should be shut down for hygiene and sanitation the big figure lady I’m assuming is a manager literally eats over ppl food and when I said something they went to the back to laugh about then before making my food one of the employees dug In the pants then proceed to grab a nugget that feel with there hands then put it inside the bag never washing his hands it’s disgusting I have never seen a fast food behave in a manor so publicly yet still be open for business.

Pop machine dirty and pop flat. Fries are never fresh, right out of the fryer. Employees usually standing around, doing nothing. Napkins and other items not stocked for customer use yet employees have plenty of free time to replenish supplies. Baconator was tasty though.
