I have not eaten at this Wendy's on Franklin Avenue in years. The food was great. I appreciate the $5 meal deal that had a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for five bucks. It tasted great. You know what else helped make dining at that Wendy's a good experience? Two of the employees were very friendly and had a good sense of humor. That personal touch means a lot in this day. Pop machine dirty and pop flat. Fries are never fresh, right out of the fryer. Employees usually standing around, doing nothing. Napkins and other items not stocked for customer use yet employees have plenty of free time to replenish supplies. Baconator was tasty though.

They were arguing in there when I pulled up at the window but the guy serving me was really good at multitasking and switching from grumbling to customer service. Also from what I could tell he was right. Overall it really humanized the experience of getting Wendy’s drive thru because I had a meltdown over parking when I was trying to get brunch with my friends. Not only was the food really good but I was starving so eating it was euphoric
