This place is absolutely horrible. I have been here. I’ve had really crappy customer service. I’ve had some juice plane service. I’ve had no excellent service and tonight they allowed a delivery driver from DoorDash to steal my order and refuse to remake it for their mess up and the Dashers messed up and would not give me my food. I had to spend time stay awake longer for absolutely no reason because they couldn’t get me my order. This place is absolutely absurd and I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General‘s office first thing in the morning and the Better Business Bureau to let them know that this place really needs to be investigated because this is not OK

Everytime i come thru the drive thru and ask for extra sauces or dressings they put it on the screen and at times charge me extra but when I get home they are never in the bag. I distinctly asked the lady did she make sure the extra dressings was in my bag. She assured me they were. Made it all the way home and they wasn't. This is the only facility I have a problem with. When I try to call to let them know either they ignore the phone or they will pick it up and hang it back up. Absolutely the worst place to food.

There must be something wrong with this location. I waited there till 7:05 am (Dec 13) and nobody showed up to open the establishment door, despite i knocked so many times. I went to Mc Donald's instead and I had my breakfast immediately

I put in an order for pickup through Doordash and my boyfriend went to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it through drive thru so he called me from the parking lot and I sent him screenshots of the order (which was confirmed by the location), my name through doordash, and what was in the order including the map directing to the location he was at. They continuously gaslit him and told him they never got an order and treated him like a crazy person instead of offering any kind of solution. I raised an issue to Doordash and the customer service rep said the location wouldn’t even pick up the phone. How hard would it even be to just make the order when he got there? Where did the money go? How did they confirm the order if they never got it?👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Came here to get a late night meal around 1am. Put in my Mobil order on the way to the location. Was craving ice cream so my options were Wendy’s or McDonald’s.(let’s be real we all know McDonald’s don’t have working ice cream machines so Wendy’s it is) I got a frosty, spicy chicken sandwich made with some extras, and a biggie bag for a friend, I waited for about 10 minutes but when I got all the food everything was fresh, the staff were nice, and I asked for some ghost pepper sauce for my sandwich and got it at the window no problem didn’t even charge me for it. I come here for breakfast as well around 8am after my overnight shifts some mornings and the only issue I have ever had was the staff can barely understand me at the speaker in the morning. This place is faster and better quality than tacobell (they never have ice) and McDonald’s (who always have a 20 minute wait no matter the time of day and number of customers and the foods constantly cold) so just save the hassle and disappointment and just come to Wendy’s. During the summer there are some people hanging out in tents in the back of the lot between Wendy’s and tacobell tho so just a heads up.

Every time I go in which is in the morning for my breakfast, I get attitudes from workers when I'm asking for a receipt which is broken for a month. Sometimes I get burned potatoes early in the morning or the service is slow in morning. But I can't never get a receipt from here. I love Wendy's, I just wish this location was better.
