Workers seem to be all Hispanic. The app in general isn't user friendly and then add a language barrier. Kinda sucks but it's ok, as the wanted deal was received. Took about 8mins of 2 ppl taking my phone and speaking Spanish between each other and looking at me... Lol

Parking: The lot is a one-way around the restaurant. If using drive through, some parts around the building are narrow

It was really crowded, but not terrible. The worker taking my order was a sweetheart. I don't know if he hadn't been there a long time or not, but he got our order totally wrong. I worked for Wendy's years ago, and so I knew the chicken and meat was past the time needing to be thrown out. (It had been sitting for a while, and it was clear.) The fries were cold. It wasn't the worst one I've been to, and again the workers were nice. The only issue was that the person who took the order got it all wrong. I didn't have the heart to tell him and didn't want him in trouble.)

I had the worst experience here, bunch of Mexicans working here who don’t speak english so communication was hard. I ordered on the mobile app, went there 20 mins later and they said they don’t have my order on the speaker. I tell them I have it on my phone, its my turn to go up the window and the guy tells me that my order was taken, he then accuses me that I have a friend who took it and says “cameras are watching you” in some barely understandable english. After sitting there for 20 mins arguing, I finally decide to go on the app and cancel the order and it doesn’t let me. So my money gone and food gone. I told him call the cops because I sure as hell am not about to get played for my dinner at 11pm that I spent 15 bucks on. They start making my order out of nowhere and I tell them no thanks, if you can’t guve me my money back, don’t expect me to trust your food after I was yelling at you for 30 mins. I tell them I’m contacting corporate and leave with no food or my money. Thankfully it was on a credit card so I disputed.

This particular Wendy’s is in a tough place. Right across from that police precinct that was burned, and the target that was looted during the George Floyd riots. There is a tremendous amount of drug activity and things that go along with it; however the restaurant is always clean, staffed, fresh, and treats every patron wonderfully. Whether it’s a homeless man stacking Pennys to buy a frosty or a big pick up order these guys are fantastic. I appreciate them all so much as I’m a bus driver and enjoy my dinner from here Thursday nights. Thanks guys!

The front counter lady at this location was very nice and efficient, even if there was a bit of a language barrier. All food received was hot, tasty and correct. Restaurant was reasonably clean, as well as restrooms.

Gave me a bag of mayo. Told I was wrong for asking for my fries after ordering a combo meal. Had three people who didn't know what they were doing tell me I was wrong, they didn't fix anything, then one woman who make up was a nightmare tried to hand me a whole different bag and drink. Be careful this place is hiring old Chipotle quality control specialists. Wouldn't go back.

Waited in line for drive through to be told "we only take orders from door dash at the moment". What? Well now I'm stuck in the line waiting on other customers to get food I guess.
