We recently bought three types of ice cream here. We don’t speak English, but we can communicate through a translator without any problem. This is the first time I’ve faced such a reaction toward someone who doesn’t speak English. The employee at the counter behaved in an inappropriate way: while we were ordering, he kept nodding “yes, yes,” then walked away around the corner, shouted, and came back. He also first served the ice cream without caramel or sprinkles, and only after I asked about it did he add them. The impression was very unpleasant. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place. If you want to leave with a good mood and a good impression, I do not recommend this location, because it ruins your mood.

This place has become an absolute dump compared to what it used to be. The service at any other time besides lunch is absolute garbage. And even when you place your order, it is not going to be correct. 100% of the time ivr been here it has been incorrect. The nighttime, customer employee don't give a crap about customer service or quality. I asked for a simple order with a drink without ice and they couldn't even get that right.

Be careful about going through the Drive Thru at this location. I was the lone car in the Drive Thru on a Friday night when the woman at the register took my card at the window to pay for my order. She held onto my card for a couple of minutes before handing it back, which I thought was strange. When I checked my bank account, I noticed I'd been charged multiple times at this Wendy's for orders that were not mine. I think she paid for her own food with my card. I had to cancel my card and get a replacement.

Would give zero stars if possible. Workers were rude to my family and I. A worker rolled her eyes at us when we retrieved our dine in mobile order. It had been sitting behind the counter for about 15 minutes, out of reach before it was rudely given to us. Further, the order wasn't even complete, and the employees were standing around talking while we were trying to ask for our missing items. Then, we could see a worker eating food while cooking fries. Then another worker was playing with her hair while standing over the fryers. Absolutely disgusting.
