Their pretzel baconator DOES NOT EXIST!!! They will give it to you on a regular bun every single time! This is the third time I’ve tried to order the pretzel baconator and the third failure. I just spent $14 on this crap meal and they didn’t even get it correctly. I can’t even go back fix the order because they’re about to close. I’m officially done with Wendy’s for good after this one. That’s it for me.

I get the same order every time. The woman is always short with me and I was the only car in the drive through. Instead of a 10 piece meal I got a kids nugget meal and a sandwich with tiny bacon strips mayo and cheese. I went to submit a survey and realized I also didn't get a receipt. I have worked customer service before I know it's draining but you just can't make mistakes like this when it's that slow. My whole day is messed up now because I will have to take extra time to find other food.

They are better than they were a year ago. I'm glad. I really enjoy their food.
3rd update: Did they change the breading on the nuggets??? They're awful now. Yuck. They were so good before. I'm really hoping I just got a bad batch... Because otherwise I won't be coming here anymore. I am literally about to cry, they were my favorite. There is no other reason I come here.
2nd update: So they seem to have improved a little. We used their mobile app to order. It went pretty smooth. They upgraded our drinks on accident and forgot our cookie, but the hot food was accurate and much quicker then previous visits. Staff was friendly.
Original post: If I didn't love the food so much I would never come here. This is The slowest Wendy's on the planet. Also one time we paid for a triple baconator and got a double. But they are always slow. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive through. Ugg. If you want FAST food don't come here.
Update: so they have gotten faster and the staff was very friendly BUT, this is at least the second time now in a row that I ordered regular nuggets and they must not have had enough, so they put in a few spicy ones instead of making more. So.. so.. infuriating. This time I was sharing them with my 1 year old daughter. They made her mouth turn red/irritated before I even realized. Downgrading to 2 stars. Get your act together Wendy's!!!! Now I have to be sure to explain NO! spicy nuggets every time I come here. Ugg

I have eaten the same meal almost everytime after work and it has not looked like this. today I went, opened my burger and saw this slimey substance on wrapping and burger itself also the burger smells terrible, Not to mention it was handed to me pretty quickly. People if you are eating here please check your food before biting down! (I also went when it was not busy) what upsets me even more is I drove farther for this exact location- this location was one of the good spots to get food…

Food was hot and fres as usual for this location.. Was going to give the service a 3 star, being the teenage girl that took the order only rang us up for 1, and not 2. . Then she disappeared. So we stood there for a minute or 2. The manager walked by and asked if she could help us. She did and took our order for the other meal. The manager asked the girl why she only rang up 1, the girl replied, she only ordered 1 meal. Now, why would 2 people order one 5 dollar biggie bag. My girl does. Me on the other hand, am a decent sized man, I need at least a Dave's combo and large size. Anyway, the manager fixed it and sweetened the deal for us. Thank you to the manager at Wendy's Fridley location. Teenage workers, we all can have a laugh at my at the end of the day...

Was the only person in line and waited most my lunch break, a 45 minute lunch break, for my meal and then they forgot items anyways. I couldn't go back and didn't get a receipt to make a call about it later. Super disappointed and normally I prefer to write positive reviews about an establishment.
