Really great food! Definitely recommend the injera and the suqaar.
The rice and the chicken was very dry, Service was bad we had to repeat the order few times. Messed up the order the first time. Food took a long time too, It was my first time and I had high hopes because my friends recommended me this place, didn’t meet my expectations.
This place was awesome. A customer was even helping me out, because he liked the restaurant so much. The food is amazing. I actually cant wait to go back to try out more dishes. They also have delicious soup. The soup is there for you, while you wait for your food.
Delicious food, and run by very nice people. I accidentally ordered a meal too late in the day, but by the time I realized my mistake and told them to cancel it (assuming the kitchen was pretty much closed) they told me they had already made it, and even gave me a free water and banana.
I am not sure what’s going on but from the people in the front desk to the people who answer the calls are all rude . I called today , waited 15mins to get yelled at & literally hung up on. Few years back , the place was amazing but now days it’s trash . They have random people
Who go to the back / taking ordering / helping themselves . People the service to the food is trash . And I spend at least 45$+ each time . SMH.
I ordered sports food however the and the rice is full of aluminum and the meat portion is to small don’t much with the rice portion I’m disappointed with this purchase never go there !

I was recommended by friends to eat the chicken kutlayetti, and it didn't disappoint! It's sliced fried chicken with rice and a ranch sauce that is so addicting (which you put in the rice). I found out later that I had to also have it with banana but I didn't knew about it as it was my first time having Somali food.
Very friendly staff and the patrons who attend seem like regulars there but were also friendly people. The atmosphere felt like I was hanging out at a friend's house. It also helped that there was a big futbol match happening.
FYI it seems like they're closed for a little bit in the early afternoon on Fridays.

First time here and I was not disappointed. Even with the language barrier, the employees got me my order and the portions were huge and tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was very nice too! Everyone was just relaxing or doing their own thing. Would definitely recommend!
