Our annual Valentines day trip to White Castle lived up to expectations. On a day ripe with overpriced Pre-Fixe meals and crowded loud spaces all over town. The enthusiastic team at White Castle has the facility decorated so perfectly, and their Table service was impeccable. We started doing this 12 years ago, and I don't see us changing any time soon. What a fun experience.

Brought grandkids to our fave haunt for Val Day, all dressed up. Place was pretty in pink and red. Kids loved the food. The service was exceptional: Greeted, seated, and pampered. There was live sax, waitress danced with the five year old, who danced to every song. Other quests were fun. Best place for Val Day. Our neighbors say they are coming with next year. Never stop doing this, White Castle management.

Valentine's Day at White Castle has been our tradition for a few years now. The crew working at the Central Avenue were exceptional. Thanks for the fun!

White Castle sets aside one day each year to celebrate Valentine's Day. It takes quite a commitment for a fast food restaurant to close their dining room to patrons who don't have a reservation. They decorate the place to the hilt. And, they have wait staff to take/bring your order to your table. Such a fun experience.

As White Castle fans, we found this to be a fun and terrific experience. Not our first but our second at this Castle. We first enjoyed their hospitality and food way back at the 1st Valentine's Day dinner. As usual the burgers and fries were delicious. But add in the remarkably friendly, welcoming staff we had a great time. We brought friends along this time and they too were so glad they participated! Thank you to the manager, who visited our booth, and to the staff for keeping us fed with those great cheeseburgers! Great service and friendly folks making our evening fun and delicious.

The staff who were working last Saturday night seemed to lack manners. Since it was my first time ordering, I was unsure about what to choose and asked a few questions, which seemed to frustrate the guy at the window—he even started scratching his head. When I thanked the other employee who handed me the food, he just stared at me. To top it off, I ended up throwing away all the food because I didn't feel comfortable eating it or giving it to my kids due to its appearance.

Ordered from here today drive-through, They Gave me old onions on my burgers. I’m highly upset, It was around 10:15, 10:30 When I ordered. Why would you give me Old rubbery onions like I wasn’t gonna notice. I’m never Spending my money here again

White castle is good if you like it, the food was fresh and hot when I went through the drive thru, cheese sliders and onion chips are my favorite.
