We drove down from Minneapolis to check this shop out. We wanted to do the coffee flight. When we got there, while waiting in line we walked past all of the dirty dishes we saw that all of the flights had nearly full matchas. We are not big fans of matcha anyway and given that it didnt look popular we asked to sub it for something basic like a latte. She said no, which is fair. I understand they have internal policies. Tried the seasonal coffee flight with oat milk. They were all a little heavy in the milk side of the milk:flavor ratio. Otherwise, it was really nice to be able to grab a coffee in the afternoon while others had an opportunity to get a beer.
