It takes an hour to get things here, they don’t have anyone at the pickup center. Very poorly managed and wing stop has to stop cheaping out on their workers and get more staffs
This is a ghost kitchen. Nothing has any signage for Wingstop, and grabbing your food gives you the experience of being a food delivery driver. Scannned my receipt and it opened up a cubby for my food.
Food was pretty mediocre, and one of my wings was still cold in the middle which makes me suspect everything here is pre-made and microwaved to order. With it being a ghost kitchen I'm extra insulted that the website had an option to tip.

This store is a big mess! They messed up my order and would not fix it when i called them! They are unprofessional, impolite and irresponsible! Never order from this place!

By the time it hit the hour mark for our order, we went up the front register and asked what the hold up was. We then got told “they haven’t started your order yet”. Their employment had no idea what was going on, gave us no idea of an estimated time, and couldn’t even tell us how to cancel our order. There were tons of unhappy people crowed in a tiny waiting room, and no employee even seemed to care! I understand some places get busy (especially because this location was only 9 minutes away from the US Bank Stadium), but then they should know better than to accept orders past a certain point. We ended up leaving without our food and without canceling our order. Doesn’t matter how hungry you are, don’t go here.
